Abstract:
v tem diplomskem delu bo opisana sprememba poslovnega procesa poslovne logistike v podjetju LESTRO-LEDINEK d.o.o. Sprememba se bo zgodila na poslovnem procesu nabave in na poslovnem procesu skladiščenja. V nalogi je prikazano kaj so poslovni procesi, zakaj se podjetja za poslovne procese odloča in kako jih spreminjajo. pojasnjeno bo tudi kako pomembna je poslovna logistika za uspešno delovanje podjetja na svetovnem trgu.

Abstract:
this thesis will describe the change in the business process of business logistics in the company LESTRO-LEDINEK d.o.o. The change will occur in the procurement business process and in the storage business process. The task shows what business processes are, why companies decide on business processes and how they change them. it will also be explained how important business logistics is for the successful operation of a company on the global market.
