Abstract:Zaključno delo z naslovom Ciljni marketing za Ludus d.o.o. vsebuje jasno opredelitev marketinga in predstavitev razvoja marketinga skozi čas. Menimo, da je ciljni marketing naprednejši, zato v delu predstavimo to vejo marketinga in njegovo delovanje. V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Ludus d.o.o. in športni park Ludus ter naredili krajšo analizo obstoječega marketinga tega športnega parka. Problem športnega parka Ludus d.o.o. vidimo v negativnem razkoraku med planirano in dejansko prodajo. Storitev predstavljajo neopredeljeni prodajni cilji. Cilj naše raziskave je bil spoznati, kakšen pomen ima marketing za podjetje. Na dejanskem primeru športnega parka smo želeli spoznati poteze ciljnega marketinga, dobro raziskati to področje, izbrati komunikacijski kanal in definirati ciljni trg ter doreči prodajne cilje. Z nalogo smo želeli podrobneje določiti usmeritve za marketing v prihodnje. Na podlagi intervjujev, ki so s športnim parkom iz treh različnih smeri močno povezane – direktorja podjetja Ludus d.o.o, receptorja v Športnem parku Ludus in redno uporabnico, kasneje del kolektiva Športnega parka Ludus. Iz vseh treh intervjujev smo sestavili celoto in odgovorili na šest raziskovalnih vprašanj, ki smo si jih zadali v diskusiji zaključnega dela. Ugotovili smo, da ima marketing za podjetje velik pomen, vendar ima še nejasno postavljene marketinške strategije in cilje. Na podlagi analize obstoječega marketinga ter analize raziskovalnih vprašanj smo v diskusiji zapisali tudi nekaj predlogov za izboljšave in nadaljevanje dela na marketinškem področju.

Title:Targeted marketing for ludus d.o.o.
Abstract:Final work entitled Target Marketing for Ludus d.o.o. contains a clear definition of marketing and presentation of marketing development over time. We believe that targeted marketing is more advanced, so in the diploma thesis we present this branch of marketing and its operation. In the research we presented Ludus d.o.o. and Ludus Sports Park and made a short analysis of the existing marketing.. The problem of Ludus Sports Park d.o.o. is in a negative gap between planned and actually sales. The service is represented by undefined sales goals. The aim of our research was to get to know the importance of marketing for the company. In the actual case of the sports park, we wanted to get to know the moves of the target marketing, to explore this area well, to choose the communication channel and to define the target market and to reach sales goals. With the task, we wanted to determine in more detail the marketing guidelines in the future. Based on interviews that are strongly connected to the sports park from three different directions - the director of Ludus d.o.o, the receptor in the Ludus Sports Park and the regular user, later part of the Ludus Sports Park collective. From all three interviews, we put together the whole and answered six research questions we had set ourselves in the final work discussion. We have found that marketing is of great importance to the company, but it still has unclear marketing strategies and goals. Based on the analysis of existing marketing and the analysis of research issues, we also wrote some proposals for improvement and continuation of marketing in the marketing field.
