Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali možnosti vpeljave kolaborativnega robota v podjetje Dukin, d.o.o. ter opravili laboratorijski preizkus z realnim robotom na določeni tehnološki operaciji. V delu so opisani kolaborativni roboti glede na njihov razvoj in industrijske aplikacije. Za potrebe podjetja smo pregledali proizvajalce kolaborativnih robotov in analizirali ponudbo teh naprav na tržišču. V praktičnem delu smo opravili preizkus s kolaborativnim robotom Universal Robot UR10e pri tehnološki operaciji vrtanja in ob tem analizirali možne uporabe v podjetju. Ob koncu smo prikazali rezultate realnega preizkusa in predstavili ekonomsko primerjavo delovne ure robota in delavca.

Title:Implementation of a colaborative robot into the Dukin company
Abstract:The aim of my diploma was to explore the possibilities of implementing a collaborative robot in the company Dukin d.o.o. We performed a test in the laboratory setting on a specific technological operation. In the diploma we described collaborative robots and its development and all the industrial applications. For the company's needs, we have reviewed the manufactures of collaborative robots and analysed the collaborative market. In the practical part, we tested the Universal Robots UR10e in a drilling operation and we analyzed the possible applications. We showed the results and provided an economic comparison of the robot and workers hours.
