Title:Vpliv embalaže na prodajo izdelkov Čokoladnice Olimje : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa

Abstract:Embalaža je nosilec, omot in vse, v kar blago zavijamo, polnimo, vstavljamo, pripravljamo, torej embaliramo oz. pakiramo (Černič, 2005, str. 10). Njene naloge so shranjevanje, zaščita, prevoz in skladiščenje izdelkov, trženje izdelkov itd. Obstaja več vrst in različnih materialov embalaž (papirnata in kartonska, steklena, kovinska, plastična, lesena, tekstilna). Pakiranje živila v embalažo je proces, ki predstavlja integralni del predelave živil. Opravi se s posebnimi napravami. Gre za naprave, ki izvajajo točno tiste operacije, ki so potrebne, da se določeno živilo zapakira v embalažo. Z raziskavo smo ugotavljali, kako embalaža izdelkov Čokoladnice Olimje vpliva na kupce, ter kaj bi se dalo z reorganizacijo embalaže spremeniti, da bi le ta imela večji vpliv na nakupovalni proces oz. na kupce. Pri tem smo ugotovili, da so anketirani izmed vseh vidikov, z najboljšo oceno lastnosti izdelkov, ocenili embalažo izdelkov, da imajo v Čokoladnici Olimje še nekaj prostora za izboljšavo barvnega izbora embalaže, da kupci v večini primerov povezujejo privlačno embalažo z višjo kakovostjo izdelka in, da so med slikovnim gradivom anketirani izbrali embalažo iz tekstila, papirja, kartona in pločevine, nikakor pa ne iz plastike.

Title:The impact of packaging on the sales of Olimje Chocolate products
Abstract:Packaging is the holder, pack and all the things in which the goods turn, fill, prepared, packed (Černič, 2005, p. 10). Its functions include storage products, security, transport and storage of products, product marketing, etc. There are many types and different packaging materials (paper and cardboard, glass, metal, plastic, wood, textile). Packaging of food in the packaging process, which constitutes an integral part of food processing. It is done with special equipment. Equipment for food packaging are devices that perform exactly the operations that are necessary to a particular food packed in a packaging. The survey was used to determine how pack of products of Chocolatier Olimje impact on customers, and what could be done with the reorganization of the packaging for more and greater impact on customers. In doing so we found that the respondents evaluated the packaging of products from all aspects with the best assessment of product properties, that they still have some space to improve the color selection of packaging; that customers in most cases associate attractive packaging with higher product quality and that respondents chose packaging made of textiles, paper, cardboard and sheet metal, and by no means plastic, among the pictorial material.
