Title:Sinteza dobavnega omrežja proizvodnje bioplina iz odpadnega mulja čistilnih naprav in drugih surovin : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Primarni viri energije v svetu temeljijo pretežno na naftnih derivatih, vendar je težnja po obnovljivih virih vedno večja. Biogoriva predstavljajo nadomestek za večino pogonskih goriv fosilnega izvora. Eden od najpomembnejših vrst biogoriv je bioplin, ki ga lahko pridobimo s pomočjo anaerobne razgradnje organskih snovi. Anaerobna digestija je mikrobiološki razkroj organskih snovi s pomočjo bakterij brez prisotnosti kisika, kjer kot glavni produkt nastaja bioplin. Magistrska naloga je sestavljena iz eksperimentalnega in računalniškega dela. Pri eksperimentalnem delu smo izvedli proces anaerobne monodigestije iz različnih komunalnih in industrijskih odpadkov. Pred samim procesom smo surovine obdelali ter jih karakterizirali, tekom procesa pa smo spremljali različne parametre, ki vplivajo na proces ter merili volumen in sestavo nastalega bioplina. Največ bioplina smo pridobili iz flotata, filtracijskega dodatka, bučnih prg ter iz pinjenca. Podatke, pridobljene iz eksperimentalnega dela v laboratoriju smo uporabili za optimiranje modela dobavnega omrežja proizvodnje električne energije iz bioplina v programu GAMS. Model smo preizkusili na različnih scenarijih, kjer smo spreminjali kapaciteto bioplinarne, cene surovin, vsebnost suhe snovi substratov idr. Kot najbolj učinkoviti substrati za uporabo v bioplinarni so se glede na razpoložljive surovine izkazali blato iz komunalne čistilne naprave, pinjenec, bučne prge ter grozdne tropine. Ugotovili smo, da bioplinarna deluje najbolj dobičkonosno pri obratovalni moči 0,6 MW, 12 % vsebnosti suhe snovi v fermentorju ter pri uporabi odpadnih surovin, za katere prejmemo plačilo za njihovo obdelavo.

Title:Synthesis of supply network for biogas production from sewage sludge and other substrates d
Abstract:Primary sources of energy in the world are based mostly on oil derivatives, but the tendency for renewable energy sources is growing gradually. Biofuels are representing a substitute for most of the fossil fuel. One of the most important types of biofuels is biogas, which can be produced by anaerobic degradation of organic matter. Anaerobic digestion is a microbiological decomposition of organic substances with the help of anaerobic bacteria, where the main product is biogas. Master's thesis consists of experimental and computer parts. During experimental work, a process of anaerobic monodigestion from different municipal and industrial waste was performed. Before the process, the raw materials were treated and characterized, while during the process different parameters which affect the process were monitored, and the volume and composition of produced biogas were measured. The highest biogas yield was obtained from flotate, filtration additive, pumpkin seeds cake and buttermilk. The data which were obtained from experimental work in a lab, was used for optimizing the model of supply network of electricity production from biogas in GAMS program. The model was tested for different scenarios, where the capacity of biogas plant, prices of raw materials, dry matter content and other were changed. One of the most efficient substrates for biogas plant were, according to the available sources, sewage sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant, buttermilk, pumpkin seeds cake and grape pomace. It was found that the biogas plant operates most profitably at operating capacity of 0,6 MW, 12 % dry matter content in fermenter and the use of waste feedstocks, for which gate fee is paid for their treatment.
