Title:Zadovoljstvo gostov s programi vodne telovadbe v Termah Olimia : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija

Abstract:Gostje danes zahtevajo in želijo več kot le prenočiti in jesti dobro. Tega se zavedajo tudi v Termah Olimia, d. d., kjer poleg osnovne turistične ponudbe ponujajo različne animacijske vsebine in programe. V diplomskem delu raziskujemo pomen in vpliv programov vodne animacije na zadovoljstvo gostov v Termah Olimia. Vodna telovadba tako v okviru animacije dodatno popestri dogajanje v termah in s tem nudi dodatno vrednost gostu, kateremu lahko ta poveča zadovoljstvo in posledično sproži željo k ponovnemu obisku. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene definicije na temo zadovoljstva gostov, wellnessa, zdraviliškega turizma in vodne telovadbe v termah. V tem sklopu je zajeto tudi stanje in prihodnost Slovenije na področju zdraviliškega turizma. Po teoretičnem delu sledijo primeri prakse, kjer smo primerjali različne terme in njihovo ponudbo vodne telovadbe s Termami Olimia. Benchmark analizo smo podprli z marketinškim spletom 9P. Podrobneje smo opisali Terme Olimia, naredili SWOT analizo ter podali ugotovitve. Kvalitativno raziskavo smo izvedli z intervjuji zaposlenih v Termah Olimia, d. d., vezanimi na vodno telovadbo in kvantitativno z anketo o zadovoljstvu gostov z vodno telovadbo. Na koncu smo preverili raziskovalna vprašanja in hipoteze ter podali smernice oz. priporočila za nadgradnjo programov vodne telovadbe v Termah Olimia. Ugotovili smo, da Terme Olimia potrebujejo boljšo organizacijo prostora vodne telovadbe ter promocijo vodne telovadbe na spletni strani. Prav tako bi bilo treba poskrbeti za boljšo evalvacijo programov vodne telovadbe in v prihodnosti, dodati kakšen dodaten program vodne telovadbe in zaposliti dodatnega animatorja.

Title:Customer satisfaction with water exercise programs in Terme Olimia
Abstract:Guests nowadays demand and want more than just to stay overnight and eat well. That is what they are aware of at Terme Olimia, d. d., where next to the basic touristic offer they offer different animation content and programs. In the dissertation work we are researching the meaning and influence of animation water programs on customer satisfaction in Terme Olimia. Water exercise in the context of animation additionally diversify events in thermal spa and with that offers additional value to the guest, which can raise the satisfaction and consequently lead to repurchase. In theoretical part of the thesis there are presented definitions on the topics customer satisfaction, wellness, spa tourism and water exercise in thermal spas. In this part there is also gathered information of the state and future of Slovenia in spa tourism. After the theoretical part examples of practice follow, where we compared different thermal spas and their offer of water exercise with Terme Olimia. We supported the benchmark analysis with the 9P marketing mix. In more details we described Terme Olimia, did the SWOT analysis of it and gave our discoveries. We implemented qualitative research with interviews of the employees connected with water exercise programs in Terme Olimia, d. d., and qualitative analysis of customer satisfaction with water exercise. At the end we checked research questions and hypotheses and gave directions or recommendations for   improvement of programs of water exercise programs in Terme Olimia. We found out, that Terme Olimia needs better space organization of water exercise and promotion of water exercise programs on the web page. A better evaluation of water exercise should also be provided and in the future, if the thermal spa wants an additional water exercise program, a new animator should be hired to provide additional assistance.
