Strokovno in znanstveno literaturo smo iskali v tujih bazah PubMed, Science Direct in Web of Sciences. Uporabili smo vključitvena in izključitvena merila, ki smo jih oblikovali na podlagi raziskovalnega vprašanja. Pregled literature smo predstavili s pomočjo diagrama PRISMA. Rezultati: 23 člankov, ki ustrezajo našim zahtevam, smo podrobneje analizirali in predstavili ugotovitve in sinteze dokazov. Razprava in sklep: Strokovna usposobljenost, količina in kakovost spanja, stres in samo-učinkovitost so glavni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na duševno zdravje medicinskih sester. Medicinske sestre so v času COVID-19 psihično preobremenjene. Če ne bo nekaj narejenega na tem področju, bo kmalu veliko število zdravstvenih delavcev imelo psihične težave.

Title:Mental burdens of nurses due to working with covid-19 positive individuals
Abstract:Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic is a current global issue that we are facing today at home and abroad. Our concluding paper describes the mental health of nurses during an outbreak of Covid-19 and presents factors that can negatively affect their mental health. Methods: In the final part, a systematic review was used, we made an analysis and synthesis of scientific and professional literature in the field of the impact of working with COVID-19 positive patients on the mental burden of nurses. We searched for professional and scientific literature in foreign databases PubMed, Science Direct and Web of Sciences. We used inclusion and exclusion criteria, which we formed on the basis of a research question. A review of the literature was presented using the PRISMA diagram. Results: 23 articles that meet our requirements were analyzed in more detail and the findings and synthesis of evidence were presented. Based on the members, it was possible to determine what psychological burdens they face while working with COVID-19 positive patients. Discussion and conclusion: Professional competence, the amount and quality of sleep, stress and self-efficacy are the main factors influencing the mental health of nurses. During the epidemic, COVID-19 positive patients experience symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, negative emotions, and burnout. Nurses are mentally overburdened during COVID-19, if we do not do something in this area, we will soon have a large number of health professionals with mental health problems.
