Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava specializirana sodišča in oddelke v Republiki Sloveniji. Natančneje so predstavljena splošna sodišča, specializirana sodišča in oddelki specializiranih sodišč.

Title:Specialized courts and departments in the Republic of Slovenia
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with specialized courts and departments in the Republic of Slovenia. The general courts, the specialized courts and the divisions of the specialized courts are presented in more detail. I note that in the Republic of Slovenia, only labor and social courts and the administrative court operate as specialized courts, but we have a few more specialized departments for individual criminal offenses. When judging in specialized courts, the work and education of specialized judges is also extremely important, which must be supported by knowledge and continuous education and training in individual specific areas. The master's thesis also covers the definition of criminal offenses that are decided by specialized courts or specialized departments in the field of criminal law, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of specialized courts. I believe that the number of crimes is growing every day, so one of the advantages of specialized courts is that judges are focused on only one area in which they are educated and upgrade their knowledge on a daily basis. However, there are also shortcomings of specialized courts, which are gradually destroying the entire legal system of an individual country, as well as the law as a whole. Therefore, I also compare the comparative Slovenian legal specialized courts and departments with other countries, such as the Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria, and I have limited and focused mainly on the neighboring Republic of Croatia.
