Title:Proces nasledstva v družinskih podjetjih

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali proces nasledstva na naslednike v družinskih podjetjih. Osredotočili smo se na slovenska družinska podjetja in raziskali problematiko pri procesu nasledstva. Primerjalno smo raziskali proces nasledstva družinskih podjetij v EU in ZDA. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili osnovna dejstva v družinskih podjetjih, pojasnili razlike med družinskimi in nedružinskimi podjetji, njihove prednosti in slabosti. V empiričnem delu smo opravili razgovor z izbranim slovenskim družinskim podjetjem. S tem smo preučevali prisotnost načrtovanja prenosa procesa nasledstva na drugo generacijo. Preučili smo probleme, ki so v tem procesu potekali.

Title:Family business succesion planning
Abstract:In the bachelors thesis, we have looked at the succession process in family businesses. We focused on Slovenian family businesses and explored the issues involved in the succession process. We have comparatively studied the succession process of family businesses in the EU and the US. In the bachelors thesis, we present the basic facts of family businesses, explain the differences between family and non-family businesses, their advantages and disadvantages. In the empirical part, we interviewed a selected Slovenian family business. This was done to study the presence of succession planning. We have examined the problems that have arisen in this process.
