Abstract:Pri vodenju, nadzoru in načrtovanju projektov so nam v veliko pomoč metode mrežnega planiranja. Najpogosteje uporabljeni metodi sta metoda kritične poti (CPM – critical path method) ter tehnika vrednotenja in pregleda projekta (PERT – program evaluation and review technique). S pomočjo tega smo izračunali najzgodnejši in najpoznejši rok dokončanja gradnje.

Title:Use of network planning methods on a case of cattle stall construction
Abstract:Network planning methods are very helpful in project management, control and planning. The most commonly used tools are the critical path method (CPM) and the program evaluation and review technique (PERT). The purpose of the thesis was to estimate the number of days required for the cattle stall construction via network planning, and at the same time, the entire process and the duration of the construction of the stable at the farm were monitored. The resulting duration values of construction were compared with the previously estimated time required to build the cattle stall. First, a list of activities with labels and previous activities and duration periods was drawn up for the project, which was quite unknown. This is used to calculate the earliest and latest shelf life. A grid diagram and Gantt chart followed. All possible routes were identified and the critical route calculated, which is 131 days for our project, using the CPM method. The critical route is also the longest route in the project. The construction took place for 148 days. With a 95% probability of a maximum of 125.45 days, for the PERT method. With the help of network planning methods, even the case is unknown, the work plan can be helpful. However, it is advisable to know the project, as this is the only way to best define the duration and possible delays in implementation.
