Abstract:
Z opolnomočenjem se pomembno izboljšajo rezultati upravljanja s sladkorno boleznijo. Opolnomočen pacient ima veliko mero nadzora nad lastnim zdravjem, kar v praksi pomeni, da ima dovolj znanja in razumevanja pri uravnavanju glikiranega hemoglobina ter nadzoru za samoobvladovanje kronične bolezni – sladkorne bolezni tipa 2. Z raziskavo smo želeli proučiti, kakšna je stopnja opolnomočenja in urejenost glikiranega hemoglobina pri pacientih s sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2.

Title:
Empomerment as quality factor in patient treatment with type 2 diabetes in family medicine practice
Abstract:
Empowerment significantly improves diabetes management outcomes. An empowered patient has a high degree of control over his or her own health, which in practice means that he or she has enough knowledge and understanding in the management of glycated hemoglobin and self-management control of chronic disease, type 2 diabetes. With the research we wanted to study the empowerment level and the balance of glycated hemoglobin with patients who suffer from type 2 diabetes.
