Abstract:S pomočjo numeričnih simulacij po metodi končnih elementov, izračuna lastnih vrednosti, vzbujanja in izračuna varnostnih faktorjev, nam je v okviru magistrskega dela uspelo medsebojno primerjati in oceniti dve varianti sesalne cevi za olje motorja TCD 3.6 L4. Vrednotenje konceptnih variant je potekalo na podlagi realnih obremenitev, pridobljenih z meritvami med delovanjem motorja. Ugotovili smo, da je nova konceptna varianta ustrezna, saj je bistveno bolj toga kot obstoječa varianta sesalne cevi za olje.

Title:Vibration fatigue analysis of the suction pipe of oil pump in the internal combustion engine
Abstract:Using numerical finite element method simulations, eigenvalue calculations, excitation and safety factors calculations, we have been able to compare and evaluate two variants of the TCD 3.6 L4 engine oil intake pipe. The evaluation of the concept variants was carried out on the basis of realistic loads obtained from measurements during engine operation. The design of the new concept variant was found to be adequate, being significantly more rigid than the existing oil suction pipe variant, which needed to be improved.
