Abstract:V diplomskem delu je bil nadgrajen optični mikroskop, zgrajen in testiran model mehanskega ojačevalnika ter testiran novi napetostni ojačevalnik. Načrti ohišja so bili natisnjeni s 3D tiskalnikom.

Title:Preparation of an experiment for microfluidics
Abstract:In the diploma work, the optical microscope was upgraded, a model of a mechanical amplifier was built and tested, and a new voltage amplifier was tested. The microscope has been upgraded with two LEDs, one on the top and one on the bottom of the microscope, which allows the light of the inspected object to be illuminated from above and below. Mechanical amplifier simulations were performed in the ANSYS software environment, where static, modal and dynamic analysis were used. It was necessary to design a mechanical amplifier and voltage amplifier housings that were designed in the Solidworks software environment. The designed housing models were printed with a 3D printer.
