Title:Dobava premoga kot energenta za proizvodnjo toplotne in električne energije v Javnem podjetju Energetika Ljubljana d.o.o.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena pot energenta – premoga, ki ga Javno podjetje Energetika Ljubljana d. o. o. v svoji enoti TE-TOL uporablja za proizvodnjo toplotne in električne energije. Opisana je pot premoga od rudnika v Indoneziji do Luke Koper ter do končnega uporabnika TE-TOL. Najprej je opisana transportna infrastruktura v premogovniku ter natovarjanje premoga na Capesize ladjo za razsuti tovor, ki premog pripelje v Luko Koper. Sledi opis raztovarjanja premoga na deponijo terminala za premog in železovo rudo, podrobneje pa je nato opisana pot premoga po železnici do TE-TOL. Izpostavljen je ključni problem pri dobavi premoga, in sicer ta, da Slovenske Železnice niso uspele zagotavljati ustrezne dinamike dobav, ki je bila zapisana v pogodbi. Razlog je nezgrajeni drugi tir proge med Luko Koper in Divačo in posledično prevelika obremenjenost obstoječe enotirne proge. V diplomskem delu so predstavljene pomanjkljivosti železniškega omrežja in možne rešitve za ustrezno dinamiko dobav premoga v TE-TOL. Najbolj optimalno rešitev predstavlja uporaba daljše vlakovne kompozicije z dobavo dvakrat dnevno, namesto krajše trikrat dnevno. Dolgoročno rešitev za pravočasno dobavo premoga v TE-TOL pa predstavlja le izgradnja drugega tira na odseku Koper–Divača.

Title:Supply of Coal as an Energy Source for the Production of Heating and Electrical Energy in Javno podjetje Energetika Ljubljana d.o.o.
Abstract:Diploma thesis presents the route of the energy source – coal, which is used in the production of heating and electrical energy by Javno podjetje Energetika Ljubljana d. o. o. in its TE-TOL unit. It describes the route from the coalmine in Indonesia to Luka Koper (Port of Koper) and to its final user TE-TOL. First, we describe the transport infrastructure in the coalmine and the loading of the coal to a Capesize bulk carrier which transports the coal to Luka Koper. It is followed by the description of the unloading of the coal to the Iron Ore and Coal Terminal storage and a more detailed description of the coal route to TE-TOL by railway. The key problem of the coal supply is emphasised in the thesis. Namely, the company Slovenske železnice (Slovenian Railways) has not been able to provide adequate dynamics of the coal supply as stated in the contract. The reason for this is the unbuilt Second Track on the railway line between Luka Koper and Divača which results in an overuse of the current single railway track. The weaknesses of the railway network and possible solutions for adequate dynamics of coal supply to TE-TOL are presented in the diploma thesis. The most optimal solution includes the supply with a longer train composition twice a day instead of a shorter one three times a day. However, a long-term solution to the problem of providing coal supply on time is the building of the Second Track on the railway line section Koper–Divača.
