Title:Določitev tehnološkega postopka in izdelava obroča rezervoarja za zadrževanje olja : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisana tehnologija izdelave za mehansko obdelavo obroča rezervoarja za reverzibilno črpalko, ki jo bomo v zaključni fazi tudi mersko preverili, če so uporabljeni tehnološki postopki zagotovili želeni rezultat izdelave. Diplomska naloga je vsebinsko razdeljena na tri dele. V prvem bodo opisani osnovni postopki odrezovanja, v drugem obdelovalni stroji in merilna naprava za prednastavljanje orodja, v tretjem delu pa bomo na podlagi pregledane tehnološke dokumentacije določili ustrezno tehnologijo. Določili bomo vrste obdelav in njihov vrstni red izvajanja, izbrali rezalna orodja in določili potrebne parametre za obdelavo obroča rezervoarja. Na koncu smo s pomočjo različnih merilnih instrumentov preverili mersko ustreznost izdelanega obroča rezervoarja in meritve zapisali v merilni protokol, kjer smo primerjali želene mere z dejanskimi. Zapisane meritve, ki smo jih izmerili sami ter ji zabeležili na merilnem protokolu, so bile skladne z želenimi merami, ki so bile podane v tehnološki dokumentaciji, kar pomeni, da je bila tehnologija ustrezno določena. Obroč rezervoarja je bil prav tako izdelan in sestavljen v želeni obliki. Obdelane so bile vse površine, za katere je bila predvidena mehanska obdelava z ustrezno kakovostjo obdelave in z upoštevanjem tolerančnih območij.

Title:Determination of the technological process and manufacturing of the oil retention tank ring
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the manufacturing technology for mechanical processing of tank ring for a reversible pump, which in the final phase will also be measured to see if the technological procedures used have provided the desired production result. The content of the diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first describes basic cutting procedures, the second machine tools and measuring device for tool presetting, and the third part determines the appropriate technology based on the reviewed technological documentation. We will determine the types of machining and their order of execution, select the cutting tools and determine the necessary parameters for machining the tank ring. Finally, with the help of various measuring instruments, we checked measurement suitability of the manufactured tank ring and recorded the measurements in the measurement protocol, where we compared desired dimensions with the actual ones. Recorded measurements, which we measured ourselves and recorded in the measurement protocol, were in accordance with desired measurements, provided in technological documentation, which means that the technology was properly determined. The tank ring was also made and assembled in the desired shape. All surfaces, for which mechanical treatment with appropriate quality of treatment was foreseen, were treated by adhering to tolerance areas.
