Abstract:Živimo v obdobju, ko je avtomatizacija preprostih in najzahtevnejših procesov prisotna, tako v podjetjih kot v vsakdanjem življenju. V nalogi je opisan pristop do načrtovanja natančnega merilnega sistema, ki mora vsebovati implementirano avtomatizacijo za zagotavljanje uporabnosti, kot npr. pri vseh novejših izdelkih na trgu in v industriji. Naloga temelji na izdelavi avtomatiziranega merilnega sistema s tremi postajami za tehtanje živil do 150 g, v območju natančnosti ± 0,1 g. Merilni sistem je prilagojen za namensko testiranje in omogoča shranjevanje, analizo in prikaz merilnih rezultatov. Poudarek je na izbiri primernega senzorja za prepoznavanje zunanjih vplivov, kot so temperatura, vibracije in udarna obremenitev. Pri takšnih merilnih sistemih so le-ti neizogibni. Velik del diplomskega dela predstavlja tudi programski del merilnega sistema. V delo je vključeno povezovanje teoretičnih metod z razvojem v podjetju.

Title:Food viscosity measuring system
Abstract:We live in era where automation is present throughout the most simple to most complex processes in everyday life and industrial production. The thesis describes a design of an accurate measurement system, which must ensure usability, and reliable operation. This work presents a design of an automated measuring system with three stations for weighing food up to 150 g in the accuracy range of ± 0,1 g. The measuring system is adapted for dedicated testing and enables the data storage, analysis and display of measurement results. The emphasis is placed on a selection of a suitable sensor for external influences identification that are temperature, vibrations, and impact load. These are unavoidable with such measuring systems. A crucial part of the presented work is also the developed software of the measuring system. The work includes the connection of theoretical methods with the development of the real system.
