Title:Ustvarjanje spodbudnega učnega okolja pri delu z nadarjenimi učenci na razredni stopnji : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge so podrobneje opisane lastnosti nadarjenih učencev, ki jih je pri pedagoškem delu dobro poznati, saj se nadarjenim učencem na tak način zagotovi spodbudno učno okolje, v katerem lahko optimalno razvijajo svoje potenciale. Teoretični del se poleg nadarjenih nanaša na didaktično, socialno, fizično in kurikularno učno okolje, ki je predstavljeno tako, da daje jasnejšo sliko za spodbudno delo z nadarjenimi. Namen magistrskega dela je bil ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri so učitelji razrednega pouka usposobljeni za delo z nadarjenimi učenci ter v kolikšni meri so nadarjenim učencem zagotovljena spodbudna učna okolja. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 107 učiteljev razrednega pouka, pri katerih se je na podlagi njihove samoocene izkazalo, da se za prepoznavanje in delo z nadarjenimi čutijo usposobljeni. Prav tako so anketirani učitelji izkazali visoke stopnje strinjanja pri trditvah, kjer smo preverjali, ali nadarjenim zagotavljajo spodbudna učna okolja. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da se učitelji zavedajo pomena dela z nadarjenimi in razvijanja njihovih potencialov.

Title:Creating Supportive Learning Environment when Working with Gifted Pupils in the First Five Years of Primary School
Abstract:The theoretical part of this master's thesis describes in detail the characteristics of gifted pupils which teachers must recognize in educational work as this way gifted pupils are provided with a supportive learning environment in which they can develop their full potential. In addition to gifted pupils the theoretical part also addresses didactical, social, physical and curricular learning environments and clarifies how supportive work with gifted pupils should be carried out. The aim of this master's thesis was to determine the extent to which class teachers are qualified to work with gifted pupils and the extent to which gifted pupils are provided supportive learning environments. The research comprised 107 class teachers and according to their self-assessment they feel qualified to identify and work with gifted pupils. Moreover the teachers interviewed highly agreed with the statement that they provide gifted pupils with supportive learning environments.
