Title:Konstruiranje naprave za tritočkovno in štiritočkovno upogibno testiranje : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Meritve lomno mehanskih lastnosti preizkušancev se izvajajo v skladu s standardi, ki zajemajo tudi napravo za tritočkovno in štiritočkovno upogibno preizkušanje in jih moramo pri konstruiranju takšne naprave upoštevati. Upoštevati je potrebno tudi omejitve, ki jih imamo zaradi komore, v kateri se izvajajo testiranja ter zagotavljati prilagodljivost naprave glede na vrsto in velikost preizkušancev, ki se testirajo. Zaradi spreminjanja razdalj med vpetji valjčkov je numerično določena največja natezna trdnost preizkušancev, ki se lahko testirajo pri posameznih razdaljah. Da se med testiranjem izognemo dodanim merilnim napravam moramo poznati karakteristiko pomika uporabljenih izvedb naprave, s katerimi lahko določimo dejansko karakteristiko preizkušanca.

Title:Design of fixtures for three and four point bending testing
Abstract:Measurements of material fracture properties of test specimens are performed in accordance with standards, which also include a device for three-point and four-point bending testing, and must be taken into account when designing such a device. Other limitations that must considered are dimensions of the chamber in which tests are performed, and ensuring adjustability of the device according to the type and size of the specimens. Due to the change in the distances between the rollers fixtures, the maximum tensile strength of the specimens that can be tested at individual distances is determined with numerical analysis. In order to avoid additional measuring devices during testing, displacement characteristics for used variant of device has to be determined with which we can determine the actual characteristics of the specimen.
