Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova avtomatiziranega procesa za vrtanje lukenj v obdelovanec z uporabo virtualnih orodij in programov. Predstavljeno je vodenje vrtalnega procesa s tremi pnevmatskimi cilindri, ki smo jih vizualizirali v programu FluidSIM Pneumatic. Naloga opisuje kreiranje virtualnega krmilnika, krmilnega programa in izdelavo nadzorne plošče za nadzor in vodenje v programskem okolju TIA Portal V16. Poleg vizualizacije z virtualnimi orodji je v delu predstavljen še CAD model predvidene vrtalne enote.

Title:Drilling unit control and visualization
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents the design of an automated process for drilling holes in the workpiece using virtual tools and programs. Presented is the control of the drilling process with three pneumatic cylinders, which were visualized in the FluidSIM Pneumatic program. The thesis describes the creation of a virtual controller, and control program as well as the creation of a control panel for control and monitoring in the TIA Portal V16 software environment. In addition to visualization with the virtual tools, a CAD model of the planned drilling unit is provided as well.
