Abstract:Cilj diplomske naloge je raziskati funkcionalnosti in zmožnosti ter morebitne zakonske omejitve treh robotskih rok (Universal Robots UR10e, Fanuc CRX 10iA/L in Fanuc ARC Mate 100iD) in podati končno poročilo glede specifikacij vseh treh robotov na osnovi izvajanja vnaprej določenih gibov. Glavni kriteriji ocenjevanja robotskih rok so hitrost, natančnost, ponovljivost, zanesljivost, kvaliteta gibov in prilagajanja, navsezadnje pa tudi tehnični in varnostni predpisi tako doma kot tudi v tujini. Na koncu diplomske naloge je podano poročilo, kjer smo se na podlagi vnaprej določenih zahtev opredelili za najprimernejšo robotsko roko. Izdelali smo tudi cenovno analizo delovne ure robota in delavca.

Title:Implementation of collaborative robots for industrial welding applications
Abstract:The aim of my diploma work is to explore the functionalities and capabilities and possible legal limitations of the three robotic arms (Universal Robots UR10e, Fanuc CRX 10iA / L and Fanuc ARC Mate 100iD) and to give a final report on the specifications of all three robots based on predefined movements. The main criteria for evaluating robotic arms are: speed, accuracy, repeatability, reliability, quality of movements and adjustments, and, finally, technical and safety regulations both at home and abroad. At the end of the diploma thesis, a report is given, where we decided on the most suitable robotic arm on the basis of predetermined requirements. We also made a price analysis of the working hours of the robot and the worker.
