Title:Izdelava spletne knjige pohval in pritožb v obliki obsežnejšega spletnega foruma

Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu je opisana izdelava prve slovenske spletne knjige pohval in pritožb v obliki spletnega mesta v obliki foruma, dosegljivega na spletni domeni – nategnjen.si. To spletno mesto pomaga nadomestiti fizične knjige pohval in pritožb, kot jih danes vidimo v številnih restavracijah. Slednje nam je uspelo na podlagi foruma tako, da prikazuje ocene, izkušnje in mnenja ostalih uporabnikov, ki so jih imeli z določenimi podjetji oz. lokacijami. Na tak način vsak potrošnik lahko pomaga drugemu potrošniku pri izbiri izvajalcev določenih del ali pri nakupu izdelka. Nekaj takšnih podobnih spletnih mest že obstaja. Vendar pa se ta spletna mesta od našega razlikujejo po tem, da bo naše spletno mesto v slovenskem jeziku in bo namenjeno izključno za slovenski trg. Tako smo ustvarili novega, ki je dosegljiv na domeni nategnjen.si. Da je spletno mesto dobilo svojo podobo, smo najprej ustvarili logotip in za vzpostavitev in delovanje spletnega mesta uporabili več programskih rešitev, in sicer odprtokodni sistem za upravljanje vsebin – WordPress, namestili in poslovenili smo potrebne vtičnike ter temo spletnega mesta. Ko je bilo to nared, smo vnesli še nekaj podjetij v bazo in se ozrli tudi na promoviranje spletnega mesta preko družbenih omrežij. Prav tako smo se dotaknili še stroškov in prikazali pristope, ki so potrebni za izgradnjo tovrstnega spletnega mesta.

Title:The development of web forum of praises and complaints
Abstract:This dissertation describes the production of the first Slovene online book of praises and complaints in the form of a website in the form of a forum. That is available on the web domain - nategnjen.si. This site helps to replace the physical books of compliments and complaints as we see them in many restaurants today. This was achieved on the basis of the forum by showing the ratings, experiences and opinions of other users that they had with certain companies or locations. In this way that each consumer can help the other consumer in choosing contractors for certain works or in purchasing a product. One such similar site already exists, at trustpilot.com. However, the website is not designed for the Slovene market. Therefore, we started building a new one, which is available on the nategnjen.si domain. To give the site its image, we first created a logo. Several software solutions were used to set up during developing the website. Namely, an open source content management system - WordPress, and installed and operated the necessary plug-ins and theme of the site. When that was done, we added a few more companies to the database and also looked at promoting the site through social media. We also touched on the costs and other approaches required to build this type of website.
