Abstract:	Namen diplomskega dela je preučiti povezavo sledljivosti in kakovosti predvsem z vidika ugotavljanja, v kolikšni meri lahko uvedba celovitega sistema sledljivosti vpliva na kakovost izdelkov in proizvodnih procesov. Sledljivost je zakonsko predpisana na določenih področjih, a se v zadnjem času njen pomen širi tudi na široko paleto drugih področij, na katerih ni zakonsko obvezna. Konkurenčna podjetja si z vpeljanim sistemom sledljivosti lajšajo poslovanje predvsem z vidika reševanja reklamacij in odpoklicev. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili pojma sledljivost in kakovost, nato pa predstavili povezavo med njima. V praktičnem delu smo za prikaz procesa vpeljave sistema sledljivosti uporabili laboratorij IPPS, ki deluje v sklopu Fakultete za organizacijske vede. Laboratorij še nima vpeljanega omenjenega sistema, zato smo morali sistem zasnovati od začetka, hkrati pa ugotoviti, ali je vpeljava sistema v laboratorij sploh smiselna. V programu ARIS Express smo popisali proces izdelave brošk z logotipom, izdelali smo plan uporabe različnih črtnih kod za namen označevanja na različnih točkah skozi proizvodni proces, skozi ekonomski vidik pa smo opredelili stroške vpeljave sledljivosti v laboratorij. Med izdelavo diplomskega dela vpeljava sistema ni bila realizirana, a smo lahko na podlagi dokazov, pridobljenih iz teoretičnega dela, potrdili vpliv sledljivosti na izboljšano kakovost izdelkov.

Title:	Development of traceability system from a quality management perspective
Abstract:	The purpose of this thesis is to examine the relationship between traceability and quality, especially in terms of determining the extent to which the introduction of a comprehensive traceability system can affect the quality of products and production processes. Traceability is legally prescribed in certain areas, but recently its importance has spread to a wide range of other areas where it is not legally required. With the introduced traceability system, competing companies facilitate their operations mainly from the point of view of resolving complaints and recalls. In the theoretical part, we examined the concepts of traceability and quality, and then presented the connection between them. In the practical part, we used the IPPS laboratory, which operates within the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, to show the process of implementing the traceability system. The laboratory has not yet introduced the mentioned system, so we had to design the system from the beginning, and at the same time determine whether the introduction of the system in the laboratory makes sense at all. In the ARIS Express program, we described the process of making brooches with a logo, we made a plan for the use of different bar codes for the purpose of marking at different points through the production process, and through the economic aspect we defined the costs of implementing traceability in the laboratory. During the preparation of the diploma work, the introduction of the system was not realized, but we were able to confirm the impact of traceability on the improved quality of products based on the evidence obtained from the theoretical work.
