Title:Funkcionalno varna izvedba elektromehanskega pogona : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljen problem funkcionalne varnosti, kaj pomeni in zakaj je potrebna v praksi. Opisan je pristop k funkcionalno varni izvedbi projekta elektromehanskega pogona na mikrokrmilniku STM32F446. Predstavljeni so tudi standardi, ki so pomembni za izvedbo projekta. Opisane so analize odpovedi in postopki izvedbe na realnih komponentah. Predstavljeni so deli električnega vezja in njihov pomen za funkcionalno varnost pri projektu. Prav tako so predstavljene varnostne funkcije sistema, ki skrbijo, da ne pride do nevarnosti oziroma nevarnih situacij. Nadalje so prikazani tudi testi, kako so se varnostne funkcije preverile in testirale. Na koncu so opisane funkcije samotestiranja, njihova implementacija in testiranje njihovega delovanja.

Title:Functionaly safe electromechanical drive
Abstract:In the master thesis, functional safety is presented, what it means and why it is needed in practice. An approach to functionally safe implementation of an electromechanical actuator project on the STM32F446 microcontroller is described. Standards that are relevant for the implementation of the project are also presented. Furthermore, failure mode analyses and implementation procedures on real components are described as well as the parts of the electrical circuit and their relevance for the functional safety of the project. Additionally, the safety functions of the system that ensure that hazards or dangerous situations do not occur are presented. Furthermore, tests of how security features have been checked and tested are also shown. Finally, the functions of self-testing are described, their implementation, and testing of their operation.
