Abstract:V magistrskem delu znotraj teoretičnega dela utemeljujemo pojme, povezane s CRM rešitvami in CMS sistemi.

Title:Implementation and Use of CRM Solution in the Company and WP-CRM as a plugin for WordPress
Abstract:The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concepts related to CRM solutions and CMS systems. The acronym CRM defines customer relationship management, which represents an important competitive advantage for companies whose ambition is to build long-term and quality customer relationships. In the chapter on CRM solutions, we defined them in more detail, explained their use and function, advantages and disadvantages, the course of implementation and the possibilities of various CRM applications. We also examined the trends in the field of CRM solutions and defined as well as explained the operation of the most widespread global and local CRM solutions in Slovenia. In defining CMS systems of so-called content management systems, we focused mainly on the WordPress platform, which is currently the most widespread CMS system in the world. We explained the development process of the WordPress website and the security of this open-source system. Further on we focused on the principle of deployment, hosting and the process of registering a web domain. In the last part, we defined in more detail the WordPress web page editors that are installed inside the site as plug-ins. We also highlighted two very important plug-ins, that we later used in the practical part of the thesis in creating a WordPress website. These are the WooCommerce plug-in, which is the most popular plug-in for building an online store, and the WP-CRM plug-in, which allows you to manage customer relationships directly from the online store. In the practical part of the thesis, we first presented the process of implementing a CRM solution in a manufacturing company using the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology. In the second part, we presented some useful functionalities and the use of the Salesforce CRM solution on the example of this manufacturing company. In the end, we created a provisional online store for this production company with the help of the WordPress platform and the WooCommerce plug-in and designed it with the DIVI visual editor. Within the imaginary store, we also installed the free WP-CRM System plug-in, which also offers users paid extensions depending on their needs.
