Podatke smo zbrali z delno strukturiranim intervjujem, s pomočjo katerega smo ugotovili, kakšne so prehranjevalne navade ljudi, ki so obiskovali zdravstveno-vzgojne delavnice o zdravi prehrani. Sodelovalo je pet intervjuvank (udeleženk zdravstveno-vzgojnih delavnic) ženskega spola. Odgovore smo vsebinsko analizirali in opisno predstavili.

Title:Eating habits changes in participants of healthy eating workshops
Abstract:Introduction: With a healthy lifestyle or a healthy diet, we can maintain health and reduce the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases. The aim was to investigate how the eating habits of the participants changed after attending health education workshops on healthy eating. Methods: We used a qualitative methodology. The data were collected through a partially structured interview with the help of which we found out what are the eating habits of people who attended health education workshops on healthy eating. 5 female interviewees (participants in health education workshops) participated. The answers were analyzed in terms of content and descriptively presented. Results: The eating habits of the participants are quite adequate, except for one who eats inadequately. We found that participants should strive to eat more fish and grains, drink larger amounts of water, and reduce their intake of sweets, pastries, fried foods, and processed meat products. Discussion and conclusion: Health education workshops on healthy eating proved to be very positive, but we could not assess changes in eating habits before and after health education workshops. After some time after the end of the workshops, the participants again notice a lack of motivation and time to prepare healthy meals and physical activity. In these cases, shorter recovery programs or workshops would make sense for those who have attended them some time ago to renew knowledge and increase motivation to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
