V nadaljevanju smo predstavili še organizacijski klimo in kulturo, delovno uspešnost in motivacijo. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati ankete, s katero smo merili, kako zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu vpliva na delovno uspešnost. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so anketiranci zadovoljni z delom, delovnim časom, stalnostjo zaposlitve in delovnimi pogoji. Anketiranci so zadovoljni s trenutno plačo.

Title:The impact of job satisfaction on work performance
Abstract:Abstract In the Master’s thesis entitled Impact of Satisfaction in the Workplace on Work Performance, our aim was to determine whether employee satisfaction really impacts work performance. Work performance is an interesting topic of many studies. Good relations in organisations can have a motivational impact on employees and thus increase their work performance. This could indirectly lead to an increase in the profit of an organisation. Organisations can therefore determine their profit or loss based on the work performance of their employees. Most organisations continuously stress that work performance must be improved and increased in order to protect their profit. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of employee satisfaction in the workplace, and factors that impact satisfaction. Organisational climate and culture, work performance, and motivation were also presented. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of a questionnaire that measured the impact of employee satisfaction in the workplace on work performance. The results showed that the respondents were satisfied with work, working hours, stability of employment and work conditions. They were also satisfied with their current salaries. The most important parameters at work were independence, accuracy, meeting deadlines and their attitude to work. The research showed that subordinates are often afraid to express their disagreement with their superiors.
