Title:Pomen upokojevanja za podjetje in zaposlene v gvo d.o.o.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na raziskovanje področja upokojevanja za zaposlene, kjer smo teoretična izhodišča nadgradili z aplikativno raziskavo v podjetju GVO, d. o. o. Zaključno delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili demografski problem staranja ter vzroke za staranje prebivalstva. Na kratko smo si ogledali, kakšne pragove starostnih upokojitev imajo države po Evropi in njihove načrte za prihodnost. V nadaljevanju smo pogledali, še kakšen je problem staranja v Sloveniji, zakonske podlage za upokojitev v Sloveniji ter zaključili s splošnim vidikom posameznika za upokojitev ter procesom upokojevanja v podjetju GVO, d. o. o. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate anketnega vprašalnika, ki so nam podali odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja. Osredotočili smo se na zaposlene starejše od 50 let. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da zaposleni v podjetju GVO, d. o. o., gledajo na upokojitev kot pozitiven prehod iz delovno aktivnega obdobja v neaktivno. Kljub temu pa to ne pomeni, da bodo postali povsem neaktivni. V pokoju bodo nadaljevali z aktivnostmi, s katerimi so se prej ukvarjali manj. Kljub temu da jim upokojitev ni nekaj neznanega, pa želijo imeti dodatne informacije, ki bi jim olajšal prehod in življenje v pokoju. Z organiziranjem izobraževanja starejših delavcev oziroma delavcev kandidatov za upokojitev bi to lahko uresničili, pri čemer bi imelo od tega koristi tudi podjetje, saj bi jih lahko v sklopu izobraževanja dodatno vključili v proces usmerjanja in vodenja mlajših sodelavcev. Ogledali smo si tudi, kaj nekateri rezultati pomenijo s finančnega vidika. Prišli smo do zanimivih rezultatov, ki jih podjetje GVO, d. o. o., lahko uporabi pri izračunih z dejanskimi vrednostmi.

Title:Meaning of retirement for company gvo, d.o.o. and its employees
Abstract:In graduate study we focused on researching the aspect of employee retirement, where we upgraded the theoretical background with applicative study in company GVO, d. o. o. Graduate study consist of two parts, theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part we go through demographic problem of aging and why aging occurs. We go briefly through the retirement limits of other countries of Europe and their plans for the future. Then we took a look at the problem of aging in Slovenia, law basis for retirement and we concluded with a general view of an employee on retirement and on the process of retirement within GVO, d. o. o. In the empirical part we presented the results of a questioner which gave us the sufficient answers for our research questions. Our focus was on employees, fifty years and older. The results of the study showed that people employed by GVO, d. o. o., view at retirement as a positive transition from an active working environment to an inactive one. But that does not mean, that they will remain completely inactive. In retirement they will occupy themselves with activities, with which they could not occupy themselves that much before. Despite retirement is not something unknown to them, they wish for additional information, so they would ease their transition and life in retirement. By organizing an educational event about retirement for older employees and candidates for retirement, that additional information could be achieved and not only the employees benefit from that, but so does the company, by including in the educational event extra information for guiding and administration of newly hired employees. We also showed the meaning of some results from a financial view. We came to interesting findings, which GVO, d. o. o., can use in their calculations in financial management.
