Title:Svobodna volja managerjev pri uveljavljanju etike podjetja

Abstract:Etika je filozofska disciplina, s katero razčlenjujemo, proučujemo in vrednotimo odnose med ljudmi ter tako opisujemo realnost, pravila obnašanja in ravnanja v odnosih med ljudmi. Stremi k pozitivnemu in moralno nespornemu vedenju. Etika je povezana z moralo, ki predstavlja celoto sestavljeno iz predpisov, vrednot, načel, idealov ipd. in obsega ravnanje, ki je skladno z etiko. V magistrski nalogi se bomo posvetili poslovni etiki podjetja, ki vključuje etiko notranjih in zunanjih okolij. Poslovna etika v okolju podjetja govori o družbeni odgovornosti managementa, ki tvorijo in ohranjajo odnose z drugimi udeleženci in posamezniki v okolju podjetja. Poslovno etiko znotraj podjetja, ki zadeva razmerja managerjev s vsemi sodelavci v organizaciji (tako s podrejenimi kot tudi z nadrejenimi), vključuje pogoje dela, osebni razvoj, nagrajevanje ipd. Oblikovanje poslovne etike podjetja temelji na sinergijskem delovanju tako splošnih kot specifičnih dejavnikov, pri tem je vredno poudariti, da na njo vpliva tudi sinergijska celota splošnih in specifičnih etičnih dejavnikov. Za poslovno etiko lahko rečemo, da je osnova za etiko managenta v podjetju, ki zadeva vse dejavnosti, ravni, funkcije, vse skupine in posameznike iz notranjega okolja ter skupine in posameznike iz zunanjega okolja, ki so v kakršnem koli smislu povezani z dejavnostjo in delovanjem podjetja. Etično ravnanje v podjetju se pričakuje od vseh deležnikov, tako lastnikov in managerjev, kot tudi poslovnih partnerjev. Etičnega presojanja in moralnega delovanja managerjem ne moremo vsiliti, temveč jim v podzavesti lahko vzbudimo občutek za etiko in moralo v kolikor etično ravna večina vpletenih v podjetje. Managerji so primarno zadolženi za področje poslovne etike in etike v njeni najsplošnejši obliki in posledično za širjenje moralne zavesti med zaposlenimi in ostalimi deležniki podjetja. Prizadevajo si za uspešno delovanje podjetja, ta prizadevanja pa so neposredno povezana s pojavnimi oblikami kulture podjetja in okolje v katerem podjetje deluje. Pomembno vlogo ima tudi etično odločanje managerjev, saj je pomembnost njihovega odločanja za podjetje prvotnega pomena. Managerji se morajo zavedati, da tako kot se razlikujejo vrednote med različnimi kulturami, se razlikujejo vrednote med udeleženci v podjetju. Smiselno je poudariti, da se managerji mnogokrat znajdejo v situaciji, kjer se mora odločati med raznimi vrednotami ne le drugih udeležencev podjetja, temveč tudi med lastnimi osebnimi vrednotami.

Title:The free will of managers to enforce the ethics of the company
Abstract:Ethics is a philosophical discipline with which we analyze, study and evaluate relationships between people, thus describing reality, rules of behavior and conduct in relationships between people. It strives for positive and morally unquestionable behavior. Ethics is related to morality, which represents the whole composed of regulations, values, principles, ideals, etc. and encompasses ethical compliance. In the master's thesis, we will focus on business ethics companies that include ethical indoor and outdoor environments. Business ethics in the company environment speaks of the social responsibility of management, which deals with maintaining connections with other participants and individuals in the company environment. Business ethics within the company, which concerns the relationship of managers with all employees in the organization (both subordinates and superiors), includes working conditions, personal development, remuneration, etc. Formation of business ethical companies on the basis of synergistic work of both general and specific factors, and it is worth emphasizing that it is also influenced by the synergistic set of general and specific ethical activities. Business ethics can be said to be the basis for ethics management in a company, which concerns all activities, levels, functions, all groups in individuals from the internal environment and groups in individual external environments that are in any sense related to the company's activities and operations. . Ethical conduct in the company is expected from all stakeholders, both owners and managers, as well as business partners. We cannot force ethical judgment and moral action on managers, we can arouse in the subconscious a sense of ethics and morality insofar as several perfect people in the company act ethically. Managers are primarily responsible for the areas of business ethics and ethics in its most general forms and consequently for the expansion of moral institutions among employees and other companies. They strive for the successful operation of the company and the efforts thus directly join the emerging forms of the cultural company and the environment in which the company operates. The ethical decision of the manager is also an important help, as their decision for the first company is important. Managers must be committed to differentiating values ​​between different cultures and to differentiating values ​​between participants in the company. It makes sense to emphasize that the management often finds themselves in a situation where they have to decide between different values ​​not only of other participants in the company, but also with the last personal values. reduction of ethical problems in the company and the role of managers in their occurrence. To examine the state of ethics in companies, we conducted a survey if it includes demographic assistance, answers for the connection between ethics and management, claims about ethics in the company and ways to increase ethics, and how to respond well know ethics. The results of the survey indicate that there is a prevailing belief among managers about the connection between ethical insomnia and high levels of awareness of the need for ethical action and respect for ethical principles. The results of the survey also indicate the majority opinion of managers on the need to use codes of ethics as possible effective ways to increase ethics in the company.
