Title:Overall equipment efficiency in manufacturing company Pulko ventili Ruše
Abstract:Tracking the overall equipment efficiency is a good investment for a company in the long run. With the help of this tool, companies can detect and try to solve the problems they are facing. The result of the introduction of OEE in the company's production process is competitive production, which ensures the smooth operation of machining centers and quality products. The master's thesis describes the method of overall equipment efficiency, and also presents a practical example of the use of OEE on a machine tool. For a better understanding, lean production and tools with which we can apply the latter to the production process are described at the beginning of the thesis. Three factors involved in the calculation of OEE were presented, as well as six main losses within these factors, which can be detected using the OEE method. The central part of the research task was to collect the necessary data to calculate the overall efficiency of the machine Miyano BND 32 t5. Data was collected for a month, followed by analysis and presentation of the obtained results. Based on the results, suggestions for improvements are given at the end of the task, and the cost loss caused by unplanned stops is briefly described.
