Title:Načrtovanje in izdelava ohišja avtomatsko vodenega vozila : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek načrtovanja in izdelave ohišja avtomatsko vodenega vozila. Po analizi tržišča smo zasnovali in izdelali laboratorijski model vozila, ki se bo uporabljalo v pedagoške in raziskovalne namene. Celotno avtomatsko vodeno vozilo bo izdelano v sklopu treh diplomskih del, pri čemer je bila moja naloga povezana predvsem z mehansko konstrukcijo vozila. Na začetku projekta smo se dogovorili glede velikosti in nosilnosti vozila ter določili material, iz katerega bo ogrodje vozila sestavljeno. Nato je bilo v programu SolidWorks izdelan 3D model vozička. Po posvetih z mentorji smo izvedli še potrebne spremembe in dopolnitve. Sledila je faza izdelave ohišja. Za material smo izbrali aluminijaste profile, ki smo jih s spojnimi elementi povezali glede na predhodno izdelano shemo. Po končani izdelavi ohišja smo ohišje preizkusili in odpravili napake, na katere smo naleteli med izdelavo ohišja. Na koncu, ko je bilo celotno transportno vozilo sestavljeno, pa je sledila še vključitev izdelanega 3D modela vozila s pripadajočimi komponentami (krmilniki, motorji, podporna kolesa, LIDAR senzor, magnetni senzor) v virtualno simulacijsko okolje.

Title:Design and implementation of automated guided vehicle chassis
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents the process of planning and manufacturing the of an automatically guided vehicle chassis. After market analysis, we designed and manufactured a laboratory sized vehicle that will be used for pedagogical and research purposes. The entire automatic guided vehicle will be manufactured as part of three diploma theses, whereby my work will be mainly related to the mechanical construction of the vehicle. At the beginning of the project, we agreed on the size and load capacity of the vehicle and determined the material from which the vehicle frame will be composed. A 3D model of the vehicle was then created in SolidWorks. After consultations with mentors, we made the necessary changes and additions. This was followed by the housing construction phase. For the material, we chose aluminum profiles, which were connected with connecting elements according to the previously made scheme. After the construction of the chassis was completed, we tested the housing and eliminated the errors that we encountered during the production of the housing. Finally, when the entire transport vehicle was assembled, the 3D model of the vehicle with its components (controllers, motors, support wheels, LIDAR sensor, magnetic sensor) was integrated into the virtual simulation environment.
