Title:Razvoj nosilca sprednjih traktorskih uteži : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je opisan razvoj nosilca sprednjih traktorski uteži. Uteži moramo uporabljati z namenom dosega optimalne porazdelitve teže med zadnjo in sprednjo osjo traktorja, kar je nujno za dobro delovanje le-tega. Narejen je bil analitičen preračun za določitev minimalne potrebne teže na sprednji strani traktorja, glede na obremenitev na zadnji strani. Iz tega podatka so bile nato izbrane uteži, za katere se je nato zasnoval nosilec. Iz geometrijskega modela se je nato v programu Abaqus pripravil numerični model za optimizacijo. Izvedel sem optimizacijo topologije s programom ProTOp, kjer je bil cilj, da dosežem maksimalno togost ob zahtevanem zmanjšanju volumna nosilca. Optimiziran nosilec sem nato uporabil za kreiranje geometrijskega modela dejanskega nosilca, katerega sem nato še preveril s preračunom v programu Abaqus po metodi končnih elementov (MKE).

Title:Development of a bracket for tractor front weights
Abstract:This master thesis describes the development of a bracket carrying the front weights of a tractor. Weights must be used in order to achieve an optimal weight ratio between the rear and front axels of the tractor, which is needed for better performance. An analytical calculation was made to determine the minimum required weight at the front of the tractor in relation to the load at the rear. Based on this data the weights have been selected which were used as input information to design the bracket. From this geometrical model, a numerical model suitable for subsequent optimization was prepared in Abaqus. Topology optimization of the bracket was done by ProTOp. Here, the goal was to achieve maximal stiffness while reducing the volume of the bracket. The optimized bracket was then used to create the geometrical model of the final bracket. This final design was then verified in Abaqus by using the finite element analysis (FEA).
