Title:Spletno okolje za utrjevanje znanja slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika za delo v gostinskem sektorju

Abstract:Učenje slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika je v današnjem času aktualno bolj kot kadar koli poprej. Vse več ljudi se predvsem iz kariernih razlogov odloča za delo v tujini in jezik je tisti, ki je prvi pogoj za uspešno vključevanje v družbo za posameznika in posameznico nove države. V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno področje poučevanja odraslih, vezano na poučevanje slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika za namen dela v gostinsko-turističnem sektorju, natančneje v delu strežbe. Posamezniki in posameznice, ki v ta namen opravijo osnovni tečaj slovenščine, v nadaljevanju potrebujejo sredstvo, s katerim lahko svoje znanje utrjujejo. V ta namen magistrsko delo podaja konkretne primere nalog, ki so primerne za interaktivno okolje, s katerimi bi učeči se posamezniki in posameznice lahko svoje znanje utrjevali. Naloge so razdeljene v tri tematske sklope, to so besedišče, slovnica in sporočanje. Vse naloge so sestavljene glede na realne situacije, ki jih bodo posamezniki in posameznice doživeli na svojem delovnem mestu. Magistrskemu delu je v prilogi dodan interaktivni dokument, ki predstavlja primer realizacije empiričnega dela magistrskega dela in je primeren za takojšnjo uporabo v procesu učenja. Cilj magistrskega dela je, da bi sestavljene naloge kar najhitreje dosegle učeče posameznike in posameznice ter s tem konkretno izboljšale proces učenja slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika v konkretnih življenjskih situacijah.

Title:Online Environment for the Consolidation of Slovenian as a Foreign Language for Work in the Hospitality Industry
Abstract:Learning Slovenian as a second and foreign language is now more relevant than ever before. An increasing number of people choose to work abroad, mostly due to their careers, and language is what enables an individual in a new country to successfully integrate into the society. This master’s thesis introduces fields of teaching adults, linked to teaching Slovenian as a second and foreign language, for the purpose of working in the hospitality industry, more specifically, in the food and beverage services sector. Individuals who, for that purpose, complete a basic Slovenian course need a further means to help them consolidate their knowledge of the language. To this end, the thesis provides concrete examples of exercises which are suitable for an interactive environment and which could help learners to consolidate their knowledge. The exercises are divided into three thematic clusters, namely, vocabulary, grammar and communication. All exercises are created based on real-life situations individual learners will experience at their workplace. An annex is appended to the thesis and includes an interactive document, which is an example of the realisation of the empirical part and which is suitable for immediate application in the learning process. The purpose of the thesis is for the included exercises to reach the learners as soon as possible, therefore considerably improving their process of learning Slovenian as a second and foreign language in actual real-life situations.
