Abstract:Dodatna strokovna pomoč in prilagoditve sta temeljni sestavini izobraževanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami v večinskih šolah. Za uspešno delovanje in napredovanje potrebujejo otroci s posebnimi potrebami podporo v obliki dodatne strokovne pomoči in prilagoditev skozi celotno osnovno šolo. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opredelili pojma integracija in inkluzija ter zajeli klasifikacijo in identifikacijo otrok s posebnimi potrebami. Največji poudarek smo namenili predstavitvi koncepta inkluzivnega izobraževanja v Sloveniji ter predstavitvi podpore otrokom s posebnimi potrebami v večinskih šolah v obliki DSP in prilagoditev.

Title:The structure and organization of additional professional assistance in the third triennium of primary school
Abstract:Additional professional assistance and adjustments are fundamental components of the education of children with special needs in the majority of schools. For successful functioning and progression, children with special needs need support in the form of additional professional assistance and adjustment throughout the primary school. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we defined the concepts of integration and inclusion and covered the classification and identification of children with special needs. The greatest emphasis was placed on the presentation of the concept of inclusive education in Slovenia and the presentation of support for children with special needs in most schools in the form of APA and adaptations. In the empirical part, we focused on the implementation of APA in the third triennium of primary school. Based on the data from the elegibility decisions, we wanted to find out how the guidance commission allocates APA hours, and with two questionnaires we wanted to research the view of APA providers on the implementation, structure and organization as well as effectiveness of APA in the third triennium of primary school. We were also interested in their opinions and views on the implementation of APA. We also paid attention to the differences according to the educational profile and work experience of the respondents. In the concluding part of the master's thesis, we presented the findings that we established with the help of the results from the decisions and questionnaires and with the interpretation of the results.
Keywords:inclusion, additional professional assistance, overcoming deficits, barriers or disruptions, learning assistance, students with special needs
