Abstract:V okviru magistrskega dela smo v podjetju Lit Transit opravili ergonomsko analizo delovnih mest v proizvodnji.

Title:Burdens and workloads of production employees and determination of ergonomic measures based on rula and reba methods
Abstract:As part of my master's thesis, we performed an ergonomical analysis of production jobs at Lit Transit company. The introduction presents the company, the scientific science of ergonomics and its principles. Ergonomic methods RULA in REBA are also presented, followed by a description of the jobs in production that are the subject of the analysis. The analysis was performed by collecting information with a survey and the observation methods RULA and REBA. The final part presents the results of all analysis with comments and suggestions for improving the working process. The health of the company's employees was found to be endangered in the long run. Wrong choice or placement of work equipment or tools can lead to harmful consequences for employees, which in turn means negative consequences for the company itself. With the help of the knowledge of ergonomics, jobs and equipment can be designed to adapt to the individuals employed in production. When the best and most suitable working conditions are taken care of, tasks are performed better and more accurately, and at the same time an ergonomic workplace represents safe work performance for employees, which also affects their job satisfaction. Consequently, this means that employees invest more effort in their tasks and are more efficient and productive, which brings a positive effect for the company with faster and guaranteed achievement of set goals. It should not be forgotten that for the successful operation of the company and employee satisfaction it is not enough to just ergonomically design the jobs, they must also be regularly maintained, improved, analysed, and adapted based on the analysis results and current changes.
