Title:Stili vodenja v celjskih dostavnih podjetjih

Abstract:Kako dobro bo delovalo neko podjetje, kako bodo zaposleni usklajeni in učinkoviti, je v veliki meri odvisno od vodje in njegovega načina vodenja. Uspešni vodja je nekdo, ki se zaveda, da se je potrebno premišljeno lotiti vodenja. Zaposlene usmerjajo, spodbujajo, jih vodijo ter skrbijo zanje. Podjetja se med seboj razlikujejo, prav tako zaposleni med sabo, sama dinamika v podjetju, način dela ter cilji, navsezadnje se tudi vodje razlikujejo, zato je pomembno, da vse dejavnike vključimo pri izboru stila vodenja. Poznamo več stilov vodenja. Anketni vprašalnik, ki je predstavljen v nalogi, je vprašalnik W. J. Reddina, ki je stile vodenja razdelil na: zadržan stil, k odnosom usmerjen stil, stil usmerjen k delovnim ciljem ter k sodelovanju usmerjen stil vodenja. Anketni vprašalnik smo razdelili med zaposlene dostavnih podjetji. S pomočjo rezultatov smo lahko ocenili vodenje vodij. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da v dostavnih podjetjih prevladuje vodenje, ki je usmerjeno k delovnim ciljem in k sodelovanju. Sicer sta to dve skrajnosti vodenja, a za dostavna podjetja, kot so ta, ki smo jih tudi anketirali, se je kombinacija obeh stilov izkazala za najučinkovitejšo. Vodja pa mora vedeti, kdaj uporabi kakšen stil vodenja. Vodenje, osredotočeno na ljudi, pripomore, da se oblikuje tim, ki med seboj dobro sodeluje. To je zelo pomembno za dostavna podjetja, saj si morajo kurirji med seboj pomagati, da lahko delo steče, predvsem v obdobjih, kjer je dela več, časa pa enako, saj so delovne naloge takšne, ki jih morajo opraviti v enem dnevu. Da delo steče, kot je potrebno in v roku, so pomembna jasna navodila in vodenje, za kar pa je pomembno k delovnim ciljem naravnano vodenje.

Title:Leadership styles in delivery service companies in Celje
Abstract:How well a company will work and how coordinated and effective the employees will be is largely depending on the leader and his style of leadership. A successful leader is aware of the fact that leading requires prudence. He guides, encourages and takes care of his employees. There are differences between companies, their employees, dynamics, way of operating and their goals, therefore it is important to take all those factors into consideration when choosing a certain leadership style. We know different styles of leadership. The questionnaire presented in this dissertation is the one from W. J. Reddin who specified styles of leadership in four categories: reserved style, relationship-oriented style, goal-oriented style, cooperation-oriented style. The questionnaire was distributed among employees of different delivery companies. The results helped us evaluate the leader's style of management. We concluded that there are two dominant styles of leadership in delivery companies: goal-oriented and cooperation-oriented leadership. Despite these being different styles of management, the combination of the two turned out to be the most effective in companies taking part in the survey. A leader has to be able to choose between the styles mentioned above. The one focusing on people helps forming a well functioning team. The latter is very important for delivery companies since it requires couriers helping each other to achieve maximum efficiency, especially during the busiest time of the year. Clear instructions and leadership are essential in order to work efficiently and meet the deadlines, therefore it is required to adopt the goal-oriented leadership style.
