Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava delovanje temperaturnega regulatorja z vgrajeno umetno inteligenco NX-TC2405 podjetja OMRON na laboratorijskem vetrovniku. Spoznavanja temperaturnega regulatorja smo se lotili tako, da smo si zamislili laboratorijski vetrovnik z dvema segmentoma, v vsakem ima temperaturno tipalo povezano na temperaturni regulator. Delo opisuje postopek merjenja različnih načinov regulacije s temperaturnim regulatorjem na laboratorijskem vetrovniku in zaprtozančno vodenje procesov, in sicer z dvopoložajno regulacijo, PID-regulacijo, regulacijo 2-PID in prilagodljivim nadzorom ter samodejnim uglaševanjem, ki ju ponuja podjetje OMRON. Izdelavo diplomskega dela je omogočilo podjetje MIEL Elektronika, d. o. o., ki je nudilo vso podporo pri izdelavi sistema.

Title:Using temperature controller with integrated artificial intelligence in industrial applications
Abstract:This thesis discusses the operation and functions of the temperature controller with built-in artificial intelligence NX-TC2405 from the company OMRON on a laboratory wind tunnel. We became familiar with the temperature controller by creating a wind tunnel with two segments, each of which had a temperature sensor connected to the temperature controller. The paper describes the measurement procedure with various control methods with the temperature controller on a laboratory wind tunnel. The thesis describes some closed-loop process controls with two-position control, PID control, 2-PID and adaptive control offered by OMRON. The thesis was made possible by the company MIEL Elektronika d. o. o., which provided me with all the support in the making of the system.
