Title:Nezaposljivost diplomantov v vzgoji in izobraževanju

Abstract:V zaključnem delu smo se osredotočili na problem nezaposljivosti diplomantov s področja vzgoje in izobraževanja, ki se umešča v regulirane poklice, ki so zakonsko definirani, prav tako kot tudi pogoji zaposlovanja. Posamezniki, ki se odločijo za študij na področju vzgoje in izobraževanja, morajo za pridobitev poklica dokončati drugo bolonjsko stopnjo študija, nato pa po zaključku opraviti še pripravništvo in strokovni izpit. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo se na podlagi strokovne literature in statističnih podatkov osredotočili na ekspanzijo in podaljševanje izobraževanja ter primerjali vključenost posameznikov v izobraževalni sistem v Sloveniji ter državah članicah Evropske Unije. V nadaljevanju smo se dotaknili tudi problema brezposelnosti diplomantov ter politike zaposlovanja mladih. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli spletno anketo, opravili analizo ter preverili hipoteze. Lastno raziskavo smo nato primerjali z raziskavo Univerze na Primorskem, Analiza zaposlenosti in zaposljivosti diplomantov Pedagoške fakultete. Glavna ugotovitev raziskave je, da je na področju vzgoje in izobraževanja več diplomantov, kot je na njihovem področju zaposlovanja razpoložljivih delovnih mest. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da opravljen strokovni izpit ni pogoj za začetek delovnega razmerja, vendar je pogoj za trajno zaposlitev. Iz dobljenih podatkov lahko sklepamo tudi, da je področje družboslovja kljub slabšim možnostim zaposlovanja, še vedno v veliki prednosti po zanimanju za študij. Cilj magistrskega dela je ugotoviti razmerje med številom diplomantov študijskih programov na področjih vzgoje in izobraževanja ter številom tistih, ki so na svojem področju zaposlitev dejansko dobili.

Title:Unemployability among young teachers
Abstract:In our Master's thesis, we focused on the problem of unemployability among young teachers. The field of education falls under regulated professions that are defined by law. That means that individuals who decide to study to be teachers, have to get their Master`s degree, complete their internship and pass the professional exam. In the theoretical part of our thesis, based on examination of scientific literature and statistical data, we examined the expansion of education and compared inclusion in the education system in Slovenia and other EU countries. Next, we focused on the problem of unemployment of graduates and policies of employing young people. In the empirical part, we conducted our own web survey, made the analysis and checked the hypotheses. We also compared our research with the research made by the University of Primorska, Analysis of occupation and employability of graduates from Faculty of Education. The main findings are that in the field of education, there are more graduates than available jobs. We also concluded that completed professional exam is not the requirement for obtaining employment but it is required for a long-term employment. Regardless of lacking jobs, the field of social sciences is still the most common field of education. The main purpose of our thesis, was to determine the ratio between the number of students in the field of education that graduate each year and the number of graduates that get employment.
