Abstract:	Motnje srčnega ritma so pogost spremljevalec nekaterih srčnih bolezni. Motnje srčnega ritma vplivajo na kakovost življenja otroka ter njegove družine, zato ti potrebujejo podporo in razumevanje zdravstvenega in negovalnega tima. V empiričnem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšna je kakovost življenja otroka z AV blokom III. stopnje in s katerimi ukrepi lahko izboljšamo kakovost njegovega življenja. V empiričnem delu raziskave smo podatke zbirali s pomočjo metode intervjuiranja. Intervju vsebuje 26 vprašanj, ki smo jih oblikovali na podlagi pregleda, analize in sinteze literature s področja AV bloka III. stopnje v povezavi s kakovostjo življenja otroka. Dobljene podatke z delno strukturiranim intervjujem, smo obdelali s kvalitativno analizo podatkov; kodiranjem, kjer smo členili in združevali različne podatke ter kategorizirali posamezne kode intervjuja v kategorije višjega reda ter tako dobili smiselno analizo. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na to, da je kakovost življenja otroka z atrioventrikularnim blokom III. stopnje lahko dobra, če se upošteva vse dejavnike, ki pripomorejo k temu. Prav tako je raziskava pokazala, da kljub temu, da je način življenja otroka v večini primerov primerljiv z načinom življenja zdravih otrok, obstajajo omejitve, ki se jih je za boljšo kakovost življenja treba držati. Kakovost življenja otroka z AV blokom III. stopnje je lahko dobra in primerljiva s kakovostjo življenja otrok, ki takšnih zdravstvenih težav nimajo. Je pa pomembno, da se tako starši kot otroci sami zavedajo, da je za zdravje treba marsikaj narediti, se nekaterim stvarem tudi odpovedati, predvsem pa zaupati v moč medicine ter predvsem pozitivno živeti življenje.

Title:	The quality of life of a child with atrioventricular block of 3rd degree
Abstract:	Cardiac arrhythmias are common associated disorder of some cardiac diseases. Cardiac arrhythmias affect the quality of life of a child and his family, so they need the support of the health and care team. In the empirical part, we wanted to determine the quality of life of a child with AV block of IIIrd degree and what measures has to be taken to improve the quality of their lives. In the empirical part of the research, we collected data using the interview method. The interview contained 26 questions, which we formulated on the basis of a review, analysis and synthesis of literature from the field of AV block of IIIrd degree in connection to the quality of life of the child. The obtained data with a partially structured interview, were processed by qualitative data analysis; coding, where we divided and combined different data and categorized individual interview codes into higher-order categories, thus obtaining a meaningful analysis. The results of the research suggest that the quality of life of a child with AV block of IIIrd degree can be very high, if all the factors that contribute to it are taken into account. Research has also shown that although in most cases a child`s lifestyle is comparable to the lifestyle of healthy children, there are limitations that need to be adhered. Quality of life of a child with AV block of IIIrd degree can be very high and comparable to the quality of life of children who do not have such health problems. However, it is important that both parents and children themselves are aware that health requires a lot of work, that some things must be given up, but above all trust in the power of medicine, as well as a positive life style.
