Opis:Danes ljudje zaradi prehitrega načina življenja doživljajo ogromno stresa in napora, kar jih posledično pripelje do izgorevanja. Slabi odnosi med sodelavci, razdraženost in želja po dokazovanju v mnogih primerih pripeljejo tako psihičnega kot tudi fizičnega nasilja, kar pa žrtve občutijo predvsem na svojem psihičnem zdravju. Na trgu se pojavlja ogromno konkurenčnih podjetij, kar pripelje do tekmovalnosti. Norčevanje, obrekovanje, grožnje in kritiziranje, tudi fizični in spolni napadi so prisotni skoraj da ne že v vseh podjetjih oz. organizacijah. Pojavijo se lahko na vseh hierarhičnih ravneh, največkrat v odnosu s strani nadrejenega nad podrejenim, pri čemer ne moremo izključiti niti ostrih odnosov med sodelavci. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili različne definicije in oblike nasilja na delovnem mestu. Osrednjo pozornost smo namenili mobingu oziroma psihičnemu nasilju, saj se ta pojavlja najpogosteje in ne prinaša negativnih posledic le zaposlenim, ampak se kaže tudi kot problem celotne družbe. V empiričnem delu so posebej poudarjene ugotovitve raziskave o prisotnosti in doživljanju nasilja na delovnem mestu, zadovoljstvu ter odnosih med sodelavci, kot tudi posledicah, ki nastanejo zaradi nasilja.

Opis:These days people are experiencing a significant amount of stress and exhaustion which eventually leads to overburning. Bad relationships between coworkers, irritation and desire to prove themselves to the superiors often lead to physical and psychological violence, which reflects on victim’s psychological wellbeing. On the market there is a lot of competitiveness between companies. Making fun of, slander, threats and criticism, physical and sexual abuse are present in most of the organizations. It can happen on all hierarchy levels, most of the times at the superior – employee relations and even at co-workers relationships. In theoretical part of masters we presented different definitions and forms of violence at a workplace. We focused most of our attention on mobbing – psychical abuse, because this is where it is brought up most of the time and it is not only affecting the employees but it is also shown as a general problem in society. In empirical part we focused on research about abuse presence at the workplace, satisfaction and relationships between coworkers as well as on consequences which could arise as a result of abuse.
