Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava merilne metode za merjenje ostrine in ločljivosti digitalnih kamer s standardizirano metodo prenosne modulacije in funkcije prehoda roba. V diplomski nalogi preučimo teorijo, merilne metode in programska orodja za meritev in izračun ostrine in ločljivosti digitalnih kamer. Z uporabo merilnih metod in programskih orodij izvedemo meritve, podamo in obravnavamo rezultate s ciljem oceniti kakovost digitalnih kamer. Z meritvami ugotovimo dejanske vrednosti in odstopanja rezultatov od podatkov, ki jih poda proizvajalec naprav.

Title:Quality assessment of digital cameras with measurements of sharpness and image resolution
Abstract:The thesis deals with measurement methods for measuring digital cameras' sharpness and resolution with a standardized method of transfer modulation and spread edge functions. We study theory, measurement methods, and software tools to measure and calculate digital cameras' sharpness and resolution. Measurement methods and different software tools were applied to perform measurements to deliver camera quality assessment results. The measurements also determine the actual values and deviations of the results from the manufacturer's data.
