Abstract:Uvod: V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali ergonomsko metodo REBA, za analizo delovnega mesta medicinske sestre.

Title:Use of the REBA method in the ergonomic evalution of nurse work
Abstract:Introduction: Fort the analysis of the nurse's workplace in this diploma work, we discussed the ergonomic REBA method. Our purpose was to demonstrate the applicability of the ergonomic REBA method in evaluating the work of a nurse in clinical practice. Our goal was to analyze the workplace of a nurse using the REBA method and to determine the applicability of the method in clinical practice. Methods: We used a structured questionnaire and a structured observation method REBA in observing the work of nurses. By use of this method, we wanted to evaluate the work of the nurse in an ergonomic way. Results: In our research, it was found that at the work of nurses, the most stressed part of the body is the lower part of the arms. Through research, we found out that nursing technicians are most prone to ergonomic anomalies. We can confirm that the ergonomic REBA method is useful for assessment in clinical practice. Discussion and conclusion: We recommend more researches with the ergonomic REBA method in clinical practice. The results would help in measures to prevent musculoskeletal disorders due to improper posture of nurses. Healthcare facilities should provide nurses with ergonomic devices to facilitate patient movement and perform interventions.
