Title:Dinamična termografija in odziv kože na nenadno termično spremembo : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo predstavlja izvedbo dinamične termografije za kožo oz. eksperimentalno merjenje segrevanja kože po hlajenju, z namenom pridobitve termičnega odziva s pomočjo termo kamere. Hlajenje je potekalo s tremi po debelini različnimi ploščicami in različnimi časi hlajenja, kjer je bil za bolj izrazit odziv kože bolj primeren prav daljši čas hlajenja, kot pa sama debelina ploščice. Na podlagi dinamike segrevanja smo preko meritev in rezultatov, ki smo jih pridobili z numeričnim modelom, skušali določiti vrednosti parametrov za perfuzisjki pretok krvi in termoregulacijski koeficient, ki odločilno vplivata na potek samega segrevanja oz. sta zelo pomembna iz stališča diagnostike kožnih bolezni. Ob primerjavi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da lahko prek samih eksperimentalnih meritev določimo oba parametra, in sicer za naš primer smo določili, da perfuzijski pretok za kožo znaša 0,0015 s^(-1), termoregulacijski koeficient pa 1,5.

Title:Dynamic thermography and skin reaction to sudden thermal change
Abstract:The diploma work represents the implementation of dynamic thermography for human skin or the experimental measurement of skin heating after cooling it, in order to obtain a thermal response with the help of a thermo camera. Cooling was performed with three by thickness different disks and different cooling times, where a longer cooling time was more intensive for the thermal skin response than the thickness itself. Based on the heating process, we tried to determine through measurements and results the values of parameters for blood perfusion flow and blood perfusion rate coefficient, which are crucial for skin heating and are thereby important in diagnostics of skin diseases. By comparing the results, we came to a conclusion, that both parameters can be determined just through experimental measurements, namely in our case we determined the value for blood perfusion flow for the skin is 0,0015 s^(-1) and the blood perfusion rate coefficient as 1,5.
