Title:Primernost interakcije časa gnojenja in odmerka dušika v pridelavi češenj sorte 'summit'

Abstract:Od leta 2015 do 2018 smo v okviru magistrskega dela v sklopu projekta CRP – Tehnologije pridelave hrušk in češenj izvedli gnojilni poskus na češnjah (Prunus avium L.) sorte 'Summit', cepljenih na podlago Gisela 5. V poskusu smo spremljali vpliv časa gnojenja z gnojilom KAN (kalijev amonnitrat) (spomladi, jeseni), odmerka dušika (80 oz. 120 kg N/ha) in interakcije obeh faktorjev na bujnost rasti, rodnost in kvaliteto pridelka. Poskus je obsegal štiri obravnavanja: 1. obravnavanje (skupno 120 kg N/ha, gnojeno razdeljeno na tri obroke, začenši marca, nato še dvakrat z enomesečnim zamikom aprila in maja), 2. obravnavanje (skupno 120 kg N/ha, gnojenje v treh obrokih, začenši jeseni, spomladi neposredno po cvetenju in en mesec po cvetenju), 3. obravnavanje (skupno 80 kg N/ha, gnojenje v dveh obrokih, začenši neposredno po cvetenju in en mesec za tem) in 4. obravnavanje (skupno 80 kg N/ha, gnojeno v dveh obrokih, začenši jeseni in spomladi, neposredno po cvetenju). Interakcija odmerek dušika in čas gnojenja je vplivala na letno in kumulativno prirast debla. Odmerek dušika 120 kg N/ha, dodan v treh terminih spomladi, je vplival na manjšo letno in kumulativno prirast obsega debel. V letih 2017 in 2018 je imel odmerek 80 kg N/ha za posledico trše plodove. Čas gnojenja jeseni je imel za posledico manjšo vsebnost skupnih titracijskih kislin v letu 2015, ko je bilo nadpovprečno toplo. Vpliv interakcije odmerka dušika in časa gnojenja na maso 100 plodov smo potrdili le v letu 2017, ko so jesensko gnojenje in dva spomladanska odmerka (skupno 120 kg N/ha) povečali maso 100 plodov. V poskusu v posameznih letih nismo potrdili statistično značilnega vpliva časa gnojenja, odmerka dušika in njune interakcije na rodnost, se je pa pri vrednotenju rezultatov štirih let pokazal pozitivni vpliv spomladanskega gnojenja na rodnost. V letu 2015 je imela interakcija s skupno 120 kg N/ha z gnojenjem spomladi za posledico najvišjo vsebnost topne suhe snovi v plodovih, medtem ko je v letu 2016 imela največji vpliv interakcija odmerka 80 kg N/ha s pričetkom gnojenja v jeseni. V štiriletnem poskusu smo ugotovili, da je imelo leto z vremenskimi karakteristikami statistično značilen vpliv na bujnost rasti, rodnost in vse spremljane parametre kakovosti plodov.

Title:Suitability of interaction between time of fertilisiation and dose of nitrogen in production of sweet cherry variety 'Summit'
Abstract:In the years from 2015 to 2018, we conducted a fertilization experiment on the cherry (Prunus avium L.) variety 'Summit', grafted on Gisela 5 rootstock. The experiment was carried out within the scope of the Master´s thesis and was a part of CRP project – Technology of pear and cherry production. In the experiment we applied the fertiliser KAN (calcium ammonitrate) and monitored the effect of application timing (spring, fall), the dose of fertiliser (80 or 120 kg N/ha) as well as the interaction of both factors on growth, productivity and quality of yield. The experiment encompassed 4 treatments: 1. treatment (total 120 kg N/ha, applied in three doses, starting in March and two additional treatments with one month delay (in April and May), 2. treatment (total 120 kg N/ha, applied in three doses in the fall, in the spring immediately after flowering and one month after flowering), 3. treatment (total 80 kg N/ha, applied in two doses, starting immediately after flowering and one month after flowering) and 4. treatment (total 80 kg N/ha, apllied in two doses in the fall and in the spring immediately after flowering). The interaction of the nitrogen dose and the application timing affected the annual and acumulative trunk growth. The nitrogen dose of 120 kg N/ha, added in three applications in the spring, had the effect of reduced growth of the tree trunk. In the years 2017 and 2018, the applied dose of 80 kg N/ha had as a consequence firmer fruits. The fertilization in the fall had the effect of smaller content of total titratible acids in the year 2015, which was warm above average. The influence of the interaction of nitrogen dosage and the fertilization time on the mass of 100 fruits was confirmed only in the year 2017, when fall fertilization and 2 spring doses (total 120 kg N/ha) caused the mass of 100 fruits to increase. Based on our annual observation data, the statistically significant influence of the fertilization time, the nitrogen dose, and their interaction related to fertility cannot be confirmed. However, the four-year observation results concerning the spring application of nitrogen suggested that these factors could have a positive effect on yield quantity. In 2015, the interaction of total 120 kg N/ha with the fertilization in the spring had, as a consequence, the effect of higher content of dry matter in the fruit. On the other hand, in year 2016, the highest soluble solids content in the fruit could be observed as a result of the interaction of 80 kg N/ha with the fertilisation starting in the fall. Based on our four-year experiment, it is to conclude that the year with its weather characteristics had statistically significant influence on growth, productivity and all other observed parameters of fruit quality.
