Title:Analiza ekonomskih in proizvodnih parametrov reje piščancev brojlerjev

Abstract:Pitanje piščancev je v Sloveniji v glavnem organizirani v kooperacijski reji. Starost in telesna masa piščancev ob klanju sta odvisni od zahtev trga. V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali obdobje rej v letih od 2016 do 2019. V vsakem letu smo obravnavali po en cikel za vsak letni čas. Namen diplomskega dela je oceniti ekonomičnost in proizvodnost reje piščancev brojlerjev na kmetiji Balek. Cilj raziskave je razvoj tehnološko-ekonomskega simulacijskega modela za prirejo piščančjega mesa in oceno ekonomičnosti reje. V model so zajeti glavni tehnološko-ekonomski parametri prireje mesa, skupni stroški, vrednost proizvodnje, koeficient ekonomičnosti in finančni rezultat. V proizvodne parametre pa sta vključena Evropski proizvodni indeks ter Evropski brojler indeks. Podatke smo urejali v programu Microsoft Office Excel 2016. Pri reji mesa so največji strošek predstavljali materialni stroški, v katere so vključeni ogrevanje, elektrika, voda in slama. Sama teža in posledično prirast je iz leta v leto podoben, saj podjetje Panvita Agromerkur d.o.o. želi piščanca, katerega meso je bolj čvrsto, zato na prirast vpliva s samim receptom krmila. Najvišji proizvodni indeksi se dosegajo v jesenskih ciklih reje. Reja piščancev brojlerjev se je izkazala za ekonomsko upravičeno, saj je koeficient ekonomičnosti znašal med 1,46 in 2,19. Analiza je pokazala, da finančna stimulacija prispeva k dvigu koeficienta ekonomičnosti, saj se je le-ta gibal med 1,82 in 2,19. Uspešnost reje piščancev je odvisna od letnih časov.

Title:Analysis of enonomic and production parameters in broiler chicken production
Abstract:Chicken breeding in Slovenia is mainly organized in cooperative breeding. The age and body weight of chickens at slaughter depend on the market demands. The thesis deals with the breeding period in the years from 2016 to 2019. In each year, we discussed one cycle for each season. The aim of the study was to analyze the production of chicken meat broiler chickens from an economic and production point of view. For the production of chicken meat on farms, a techno-economic simulation model with corresponding sub-models was developed. The model covers the main technological-economic parameters of production, total cost, total income, economic coefficient and financial result. In the production part, the European Production Index and European Broiler Index are included. The data were edited in Microsoft Office Excel 2016. In meat production, the largest costs were material costs, which include heating, electricity, water and bedding. The weight itself and consequently the increase was similar from year to year, as the company Panvita Agromerkur d.o.o. wants chickens whose meat is firmer, so they influenced the gain with the feed recipe itself. The highest production indices were achieved in the autumn breeding cycles. Chicken breeding turned out to be economically justifiable, because the economic coefficient ranged between 1,46 and 2,19. The analysis also showed that the rearing of broiler chicks depends on the seasons.
