Abstract:V delu je opisano natančno modeliranje okvirja kolesa in ohišja elektromotorja v odvisnosti od njegove končne postavitve. Ohišje mora biti čim manjše, pri tem pa še vedno vzdržati vse potrebne sile in navor in zaščititi rotor in stator motorja. Prav tako je bilo treba določiti vrsto prenosa vrtilnega momenta in ga preračunati ter preračunati potrebno prestavno razmerje. Elektromotor je treba pritrditi na čim bolj optimalno mesto. Zato je bilo treba izdelati nosilec elektromotorja. Prav tako je bilo treba opraviti trdnostne simulacije v programskem okolju Solidworks. Zaradi izbruha covida-19 nam prototipa za testiranje ni uspelo izdelati.

Title:The design and development of an electric motor casing and the transmission of an electric bike for a student competition
Abstract:Within this BA thesis, we present the creation of an accurate bicycle frame model and the design of an electric motor casing in relation to the final mounting place. The casing needed to be as small and light as possible while still providing adequate protection to the rotor and stator against external stresses and forces. There was also the requirement to pick a transmission type and then calculate it and the required gear ratio. The motor had to be mounted and for that, a motor mount has to be created. Finally, we have run some simulations in the Solidworks application. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a prototype has yet to be made and tested.
