Title:Vrednotenje žlahtniteljske kakovosti križancev hmelja za povečanje ekonomike pridelave

Abstract:Naloga je temeljila na vrednotenju križancev hmelja, ki so bili požlahtnjeni na Inštitutu za hmeljarstvo in pivovarstvo Slovenije v Žalcu. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 20 križancev, in sicer: 284/81, 50/84, 66/61, 69/199, 75/42, 79/80, 109/27, 112/58, 116/130, 137/159, 143/98, 160/79, 160/147, 163/13, 167/107, 168/104, 173/4, 174/58, 204/11 in 207/205. Na podlagi vhodnih podatkov smo v programu DEXi oblikovali večkriterijski model, v katerem smo določili glavne kriterije oziroma atribute: (i) tržna perspektivnost, (ii) habitus, (iii) eterična olja in (iv) grenčice. Na podlagi rezultatov glavnih kriterijev oziroma atributov smo križancem določili žlahtniteljsko kakovost, na podlagi katere smo jih razdelili v tri skupine: križanci s »slabo«, »dobro« in »odlično« žlahtniteljsko kakovostjo. Križanec 207/205 je bil edini križanec, za katerega lahko trdimo, da se je glede na vse analizirane kriterije izkazal kot »odličen«. Križanec 160/147 je bil edini križanec, ki je bil ocenjen s »slabo« kakovostjo. Preostalih 18 analiziranih križancev je bilo ocenjenih z »dobro« kakovostjo.

Title:The evaluation of hop hybrid quality for increasing its economic production
Abstract:We assessed the evaluation of brewing quality of hop hybrids breeded on the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing in Žalec. 20 different hop hybrids were included in the research: 284/81, 50/84, 66/61, 69/199, 75/42, 79/80, 109/27, 112/58, 116/130, 137/159, 143/98, 160/79, 160/147, 163/13, 167/107, 168/104, 173/4, 174/58, 204/11 in 207/205. In the program DEXi we developed a multi-criteria model with the following main attributes: (i) marketing possibilities, (ii) habitat, (iii) essential oils and (iv) bitterness. After we have received the results from the main attributes, we defined the brewing quality of hop hybrids divided into three groups: hop hybrids with »bad«, »good« or »excellent« hop brewing quality. Hop hybrid 207/205 was the only one that was determined with »excellent« brewing quality. Hop hybrid 160/147 was the only one that was determined with »bad« brewing quality. The other 18 hop hybrids were determined to have »good« brewing quality.
