Title:Numerična in eksperimentalna analiza temperaturnih razmer v avtomobilskem led žarometu : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena primerjava med numerično in eksperimentalno analizo temperaturnih razmer v avtomobilskem LED-žarometu. Meritve smo izvedli s termoelementi, ki smo jih s pomočjo termopaste prilepili na vnaprej določena merilna mesta. Določili smo jih tako, da smo čim bolje zajeli nastalo temperaturno polje znotraj celotnega žarometa. Meritve smo izvedli s pomočjo stojala, na katerega smo z žico obesili merjeno meglenko. To nam je omogočilo, da poteka odvod toplote s površine žarometa z naravno konvekcijo, kar nam je poenostavilo tudi postavitev robnih pogojev pri numerični simulaciji. Numerično simulacijo smo naredili z ANSYS CFX. Eksperimentalne in numerične rezultate smo primerjali in izračunali odstopanja. Za konec smo z numerično simulacijo izvedli analizo občutljivosti na variacijo robnih pogojev in fizikalnega modela simulacije.

Title:Numerical and experimental analysis of temperature conditions in led car headlight
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents a comparison between numerical and experimental analysis of temperature conditions in a car LED headlight. Measurements were performed with thermocouples, which were glued to predetermined measuring points with the help of thermo paste. We determined them by capturing the resulting temperature field within the entire headlight as much as possible. Measurements were performed using a stand on which the measured fog lamp was hung with wire. This allowed us to remove heat from the surface of the headlight with natural convection, which also simplified the setting of the boundary conditions in the numerical simulation. Numerical simulation was done with ANSYS CFX. Experimental and numerical results were compared, and deviations were calculated. Finally, we performed a numerical simulation analysis of sensitivity to variation of boundary conditions and a physical simulation model.
