Title:Uvajanje pulznega varjenja v proizvodnji in doseganje ravnih površin pri varjenju različnih debelin pločevine : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo preučuje vpliv več vrst deformacij na skupno deformacijo celotnega izdelka. Izdelek je skladiščni kontejner, ki je narejen z ravnimi krovnimi površinami. Poudarek je na opazovanju deformacij, ki se pojavijo kot posledica varjenja oz. vnosa toplote. Z namenom zmanjšanja le-teh se uvede pulzno varjenje. Stremi se k zmanjšanju deformacij v tolikšni meri, da dodatna operacija ravnanja ni več potrebna. Za namen izračuna vnosa toplote se analizirajo parametri varjenja in hitrost varjenja. Predlagajo in izvedejo se tudi druge optimizacije z namenom zmanjšanja deformacij. Na koncu je izvedena analiza skladnosti elementov kontejnerja po varilskem standardu.

Title:Establishing of pulse welding in production and achieving flat surfaces by welding sheet materials of various thickness
Abstract:The thesis studies the influence of different types of deformations on the total deformation of the whole product. The product is a storage container with straight surface covers. The emphasis is on the observation of the deformations which occur as a consequence of welding or heat input. In order to reduce them, pulse welding is introduced. It helps to reduce deformations to such an extent that additional operation of straightening is no more needed. To calculate the heat input, the parameters and the speed of welding are analysed. Moreover, other types of optimisation are suggested and carried out, again in order to reduce deformations. At the end, the analysis of matching of the elements of the container according to the welding standard is also carried out.
