Abstract:Sistemizacija dela je pomemben vir konkurenčne prednosti v podjetjih.

Title:Work systemization for the selected company
Abstract:Systemization of work presents an important source of comeptitive advantege for compaies. In manufacturing companies, where work processes are consantly changing doe to tehnlogogical advances, systemization holds an even greater value. Meanwhile old processes are improving, some techniques are becoming obsolete and are no longer in use, new methods and machines are being created, all this is happening at a very quick rate. As a reuslt, companies are forced to monitor this changes and incoroprate them into their work, but it is not always so easy. We examined the systemization and all the necerssary elemetns for its implementationt. We defined its purpose and contetn and how it can be used. Based on a job analysis, it is possible to create new working places, transform them or eliminate unnecessary jobs. Just as the processes change so does the comlexity of the jobs, which in turn affects the determination of the basic salary. The discussed problem in the sleceted company comes due to the speed and large number of changes regarding the working process, where the old system was only supplemented but never reworked. This in turn resuled in a system that was no longer suitable for use. Changes like this need to be reflected in the job description so that the emplyees have all the information about workflow, tasks, responsibilities, etc. Appropriate job descriptions are the basis for determining the complexity of jobs and consequently appropriate salaries. Which is also the central theme of the research work.
