Title:Poslovna etika – ključ do poslovnega uspeha

Abstract:Poslovna etika predstavlja sistem vrednot, moralnih in etičnih prepričanj, ki usmerjajo ravnanje in načine odločanja podjetij in posameznikov znotraj tega podjetja. Da bi podjetja ohranila in krepila ugled, morajo svoje delovanje usklajevati z etičnimi načeli. Etično poslovanje danes predstavlja nepogrešljiv del poslovne prakse in enega izmed ključnih elementov za doseganje poslovne uspešnosti in učinkovitosti tako na kratek, kot tudi na dolgi rok. V ta namen se v diplomskem projektu osredotočamo na predstavitev teoretičnih izhodišč za obravnavo poslovne etike in morale, ob tem pa se poglobimo tudi v opredelitve pojma poslovne etike. Za boljše dojemanje predstavimo ravni poslovne etike, njene notranje in zunanje vire, kot tudi udeležence ter prikažemo vpliv, ki ga ima okolje na poslovno etiko. Skušamo predstaviti tudi značilnosti poslovne etike v organizacijah, skozi prikaz vloge poslovne etike v delovanju organizacij, načina sprejemanja etičnih odločitev in značilnosti etičnega upravljanja ter s tem povezane tudi stopnje občutljivosti udeležencev glede etičnega ravnanja. Strategije podjetja so za vsako organizacijo ključnega pomena, saj določajo načine doseganja zastavljnenih ciljev. Poslovna etika ima pomembno vlogo pri oblikovanju strategij podjetja, saj predstavlja mehanizem vodenja, ki temelji na etičnih načelih, zaradi česar se organizacija lahko odzove na zahteve vseh deležnikov, ki so direktno ali indirektno povezani z organizacijo. V diplomskem delu podamo definicije korporacijske ali celovite strategije in poslovne strategije ter slušamo predstaviti način integracije poslovne etike v strategije podjetja. Prav tako je prikazan tudi vpliv poslovne etike na rezultate poslovanja podjetja, v okviru katerega skušamo razložiti vpliv poslovne etike na učinkovitost in uspešnost poslovanja. Vsa teoretična spoznanja skušamo primerjati s poslovno prakso na primeru izbranega proizvodnega, kot tudi storitvenega podjetja, in sicer se osredotočamo na prepoznavanje teoretičnih predpostavk s področja implementacije poslovne etike v delovanje, pri čemer veliko pozornost posvečamo predvsem etičnim kodeksom organizacij in oblikovanju strategij v podjetjih.

Title:Business ethics – the key to business success
Abstract:Business ethics is a system of values, moral and ethical beliefs that guides the behavior and decision-making of companies and individuals within the company. In order for companies to maintain and strengthen their reputation, they must coordinate their operations with ethical principles. Nowadays business ethics represents an indispensable part of business practice and one of the key elements for achieving business success and efficiency, on both, short and long term. In this diploma thesis we focuse on the presentation of theoretical cocepts of buisness ethics ethics and morality, while also delving into the definitions of business ethics. For a better perception, we present the levels of business ethics, its internal and external resources as well as the participants, and also show the impact that the environment has on business ethics. We try to introduce general characteristics of business ethics in organizations, by showing the role of business ethics in the operation of organizations, the way of making ethical decisions and the characteristics of ethical management and the related levels of sensitivity of participants to ethical conduct. Company's strategies are crucial for any organization, as they determine the ways to achieve the set goals. Business ethics plays an important role in shaping company's strategies, as it represents a management mechanism based on ethical principles, which allows the organization to respond to the demands of all stakeholders who are directly or indirectly related to the organization. In the diploma thesis we offer definitions of corporate strategy and business strategy and try to explain the way business ethics is integrated into strategies of the company. Diploma thesis shows the influence of business ethics on the business results of the company, in which we try to explain the influence of business ethics on the efficiency and success of the business. We try to compare all theoretical findings with business practice in the case of a selected service, as well as product based companies, focusing on identifying theoretical assumptions in the implementation of business ethics in action, paying particular attention to codes of ethics and strategy formulation in companies.
